A case study of one student who failed to pass the reading portion of the teacher education test at Central Washington State College was the investigation of this paper. The purpose of this study was to present the case study as a technique in diagnosing the reading disabilities of the individual and using the diagnosis as the basis for prescription and implementation of corrective procedures.
