Theses and Dissertations
This study will examine the lived experiences of campus custodians in search of creating an anti-racist workplace. Custodians will have the opportunity to share about their experiences involving racism and will be asked to explain their expectations of leadership in creating an anti-racist workplace. This study seeks to understand the expectations Black staff members have of their departmental and university level leadership to identify ways to narrow the gap between their expectations and the support they receive from those in positions capable of doing so.

Master of Technology Management Plan II Graduate Projects
Low enrollment and the decrease in graduation and retention rates are challenges facing the growth of the Master’s in Technology Management – Construction Management (MTM-CM) program at BGSU. In addition, the competition between the universities to enroll and retain more in-state, out-of-state, and international students is aggressive. There is a need for a revaluation for the MTM-CM program in order to attract more students in the future. This study is a necessary step to know what the MTM-CM students think about the product delivered to them at BGSU. There was no prior study investigating the satisfaction level of the construction …

Forty-Eighth Annual Report Of The Agricultural Experiment Station Of Nebraska, February 1, 1935, W.W. Burr
Forty-Eighth Annual Report Of The Agricultural Experiment Station Of Nebraska, February 1, 1935, W.W. Burr
Agricultural Research Division: News and Annual Reports
This report differs from previous reports in two respects: it covers experimental work up to January 1, 1935, and it includes brief abstracts of publications since the last report. Previously most of the report dealt with work done before the end of the fiscal year; that is, work done between June 30 and January 1 was not reported until over a year later, for the most part. The present report corrects that defect, and in addition the abstracts of publications will make the report useful as a reference guide to published matter.
The projects are discussed under subject headings and …

Forty-Seventh Annual Report Of The Agricultural Experiment Station Of Nebraska February 1, 1934, W.W. Burr
Agricultural Research Division: News and Annual Reports
This report is for the most part a record of the achievements of the Nebraska Agricultural Experiment Station during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1933. The reports from the substations extend to January 1, 1934. A financial statement showing the receipts and expenditures of the Experiment Station is included.
The projects are grouped and discussed under subject headings. Little or no progress has been made on some projects, while others, on which attention has been concentrated, have been advanced rapidly or completed. Curtailment of appropriations and a reduction in cash funds due to the low prices of agricultural products …

Agricultural Research Division: News and Annual Reports

The funds for carrying on the work of the stations are derived from federal and state sources. The work is carried on in definite projects according to the supporting fund.
Satisfactory progress was made on the research program. During the year eight …
