With this growth, we have seen the value of NBA teams climb significantly. Mark Cuban, a well-known entrepreneur and Shark on ABC’s Shark Tank, purchased the Dallas Mavericks for $285 million in 2000. They are now worth a staggering $2.5 billion (as of 2021). Purpose: The paper discusses the features of the use of a special set of exercises for the development of strength training of young basketball players of training groups. to study the influence of a special set of exercises for the development of strength capabilities of young basketball players of training groups.

Methods: The author used a universal dynamo graphic stand as instrumental research methods in his work to monitor the development of the studied qualities.

This dissertation studies the impact of consumer perceptions of tanking on National Basketball Attendance (NBA) attendance. The prevalence of tanking in the NBA raised concerns that some teams were purposely avoiding winning games in order to improve their draft position. The majority of previous studies on tanking have focused on developing empirical evidence of the existence of tanking in sport. Yet, no study systematically explored the impact of perceived tanking behavior on consumer demand for sport. We replicate and extend empirical evidence that has been interpreted as an indication of coaches’ racial bias in the National Basketball Association (NBA) by Schroffel and Magee (2012) and Zhang (2017; 2019). After replicating the published results, we extend them by modeling coaches’ decisions of “resting the starters,” a common tactical decision based on players’ quality and not on their race, thus exploring whether this tactic may provide an alternative explanation for associations that might thus far have been taken to indicate racial bias. This study examined the relationship between a non-Power Five Cinderella team in the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament and institutional financial and admissions factors. The purpose of this study was to examine what, if anything, changes for a non-Power Five school who makes the March Madness tournament as compared to those similar schools who do not. While previous research has established a clear connection between attitudes and consumption intention for men’s spectator sports (Dwyer, 2013; Lim, Martin, & Kwak, 2010; Mahony & Howard, 1998; Mahony & Moorman, 1999; Mahony & Moorman, 2000), the attitude-consumption intention relationship has not been studied in the women’s collegiate sports context.
