Artificial intelligence is increasingly deployed in supply chain management, yet many organizations struggle to align adoption efforts with process readiness, data quality, governance, and workforce capabilities, and they still lack validated supply chain specific roadmap for assessing readiness, sequencing investments, and reducing implementation risk. This study develops and evaluates a Capability Maturity Model for Artificial Intelligence Integration in Supply Chain Management to address that gap. Using a design science research approach, the study synthesizes prior literature and practitioner knowledge to define maturity dimensions, capability indicators, and staged progression levels for AI integration in supply chain contexts. By 2024, South Asia will be the next region for economic growth. Reaching this expectation may be dependent on significant changes. In 1970, the per capita gross domestic product for the countries of South Asia and Southeast Asia was similar. Except for Singapore, the countries of Southeast Asia suffered from low levels of education, low participation of women in the workforce, poor infrastructure, low inward flows of FDI, and high barriers to trade. The Vietnam War encompassed Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Indonesia was controlled by Suharto, and Burma (Myanmar) was among the poorest countries outside of sub-Saharan Africa. Fast forward …

This research project aimed to explore the impact of airline code-sharing on customer satisfaction and identify potential strategies for improving these services. Code-sharing, where multiple airlines share the same flight, has become a common practice in the aviation industry, especially among major alliances like Star Alliance, OneWorld, and SkyTeam. However, the effectiveness of these arrangements in enhancing customer experiences remains a topic of interest. Our study involved surveying 169 participants to gather insights into their familiarity with code-sharing, satisfaction levels, and preferences for potential improvements.

Scranton, Pennsylvania was home to early industry crucial to early American development. Early settlements turned to booming businesses as locals took advantage of local coal and iron deposits to build the rail industry. This growth, furthered by the geographic advantages of the city, made Scranton the perfect place for a new business venture. In 1891, the English Nottingham Lace Firm was looking to expand business, eventually settling on Northeastern Pennsylvania. Although the company saw some difficulties at its inception, it soon became the largest global producer of Nottingham lace in the world. While analysts are known to be experts of the industries they cover, there is a lack ofevidence about how information is shared about the industries they do not cover. SMU Assistant Professor of Accounting Lin An-Ping and his collaborators used the interdependence between an analyst’s covered industry and their colleagues’ covered industries to measure the extent of cross-industry information sharing among analysts.

Co-creation is using consumers to help innovate with a product. While the methodology of co-creation has been extensively researched, different products’ relative suitability to co-creation is rarely examined. This research examines the LEGO Group’s co-creation efforts including LEGO Ideas, LEGO Factory, LEGO Mindstorms NXT, and LEGO Architecture. These programs’ reliance on LEGO’s versatility, modularity, adult fan community, and fan LEGO building expertise are evaluated and compared to other firm’s co-creation efforts. The adult LEGO community’s custom LEGO creations, including fan-designed and fan-sold sets, commissioned sculptures, and LEGO robotics development all constitute consumer innovation independent of the firm; the LEGO Group …
