The theoretical framework for this study was based on Lipsky’s street-level bureaucracy theory, Becker’s labeling theory, and Andrews and Bonta’s RNR theory. Coalition Sustainability After Federal Funding Is Expended: A Case Study, Shawnee Marie Seese
Walden Dissertations and Doctoral Studies
Community coalition sustainability has been a focus of scholars as community coalitions deliver vital programs and services for communities in need.
