Other than that, this study also would like to observe the perception by teachers towards the principal's communication practices and the level of job satisfaction among the teachers. Similarity among firms has received a great deal of attention in strategic management and organization theories. Past researches observed that firms face pressures to be different and to be the same. By differentiating, firms reduce competition. By conforming, firms demonstrate their legitimacy. Both reduced competition and legitimacy improve performance. This study addresses the performance consequences of firm-level strategic similarity with Strategic Balance Strategy, which states that moderately differentiated firms have higher performance than either highly conforming or highly differentiated firms. This study examines the relationship between Locus of Control and the intention of being an entrepreneur among Federal Development Authority Malaysia (FDAM ) managers. This study first investigate the effect of Locus of Control on the intention to become an entrepreneur among 100 respondents, as measured by statistical testing on answered survey questionnaire. Further, this study extends the analysis by examining the relationship between ethnic group and the intention of being an entrepreneur among FDAM managers. The objective of this study is to gauge the organisation viability and performance by applying the Soft System Methodology, to draw a framework for a planned organisational change in a polywrap packaging material manufacturer. The selection of samples for observation and secondary data was based on census (for organisation level and group level) and probability sampling (for individual level). This research aims to investigate the job-related ethical beliefs of four - star hotel employees in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The results show that the four­dimensional factors model as suggested by Vitell and Muncy (1992) can explain hotel employees' job-related ethics. The result revealed that employees working in departments, which have direct contact with hotel guests such as Food & Beverage, have higher tolerance for unethical behaviours. Significant differences were observed when analyzing the demographic variables (i.e. sex and education level) with the four factors identified including: no harm; unethical behaviours; actively benefiting; and passively benefiting.
