The purpose of this research is to determine the cues (signals/clues) in Instagram posts which are attractiveness, popularity and argument quality that can affect trust which will affect attitudes towards shopping using Instagram, and thus affect purchase intentions of Indonesian local beauty products through Instagram. The sample used in this study are active Instagram users aged 17 years and over who follow one of Indonesia’s local beauty brands in Instagram, and have not made purchases from the local beauty brand that they are followed. Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior (TPB) has been proven in many fields to predict human be- havior. Discussion of eWOM behavior based on the theoretical approach, to the author’s knowledge, has not been widely found. This study aims to examine six hypotheses to analyze eWOM behavior by TPB approach. This research methode is survey. Sampling uses a non-probability method with judgmental techniques. This study investigated self-efficacy and financial behavior of young entrepreneurs in East Java during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research respondents came from 5,161 young entrepreneurs in East Java with an age range of 18-34 years who took part in Financial Life Skills (FLS) Online Train- ing during June 2020 to April 2021. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed by the YouthWin Through Economic Participation (YEP) project funded by USAID1. The results showed that young entrepreneurs participating in FLS training had slightly higher self-efficacy in financial skills compare to self-efficacy in soft skills, and high financial inclusion behavior with insufficient financial …

This study discusses the effect of Ethical Leadership on Affective commitment and Job Satisfaction which’s mediated by Psychological Empowerment. Respondents of this study were 217 State Civil Servants in the DKI Jakarta area Hypothesis testing using Lisrel’s Structural Equation Model (SEM) 8.5 method. Hypothesis test result show that Ethical Leadership has a direct positive effect, both on Affective Commitment (SLF 0,25 and T-Value 2,53), and on Job Stisfaction (SLF 0,26 and T-Value 2,61). Psychologcal Empowerment partially mediateds the effect between Ethical Leadership and Af- fective Commitment (total effect value 0,8393). The government has regulated and legalized the compensation and benefits system through ap- plicable regulations and ratified nationally. However, the public sector needs to consider other non- monetary factors to improve employee performance, such as employee involvement, public service motivation, affective commitment, and perceived organizational performance. Purpose — Forecasting techniques improve supply chain resilience by ensuring that the correct parts are available when required. In addition, accurate forecasts conserve precious resources and money by avoiding new start contracts to produce unforeseen part requests, reducing labor intensive cannibalization actions and ensuring consistent transportation modality streams where changes incur cost. This study explores the effectiveness of the United States Air Force’s current flying hour-based demand forecast by comparing it with a sortie-based demand forecast to predict future spare part needs. This study explores the question of whether California's freight system is staying competitive with other US regions. A novel analytical framework compares supply chain performance metrics across multiple US states and regions for seaports, airports, highways, freight rail service, and distribution centers by combining the Performance Evaluation Matrix (PEM), Competitive Position Matrix (CPM), and Business Process Management (BPM) approaches. The purpose of this paper is to explore the current business model of small fashion retailers and their green efforts in supply chain management based on the Six-R framework that consists of recycle, reuse, reduce, re-design, recovery, and remanufacture. This study also investigated the impact of COVID-19 on small fashion businesses. One agricultural technology of significant interest is the use of greenhouses for food production. Greenhouses create a stable and adaptable environment for crops such as tomatoes to grow year-round. The research objective of this paper is to identify and map supply chain research in a library. This study conducted a bibliometric analysis using the Scopus electronic database. The article search is done by filtering search results in the system and manual exploration to get relevant articles. The collected articles are processed with the VOSviewer application to obtain research mapping results. Many companies face challenges in reducing their supply chain costs while increasing sustainability and customer service levels. A comprehensive framework for a sustainable closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) network is a practical solution to these challenges. Hence, for the first time, this study considers an integrated multio-bjective mixed-integer linear programming (MOMILP) model to design sustainable CLSC networks with cross-docking, location-inventory-routing, time window, supplier selection, order allocation, transportation modes with simultaneous pickup, and delivery under uncertainty. Accuracy in predicting customer demand is essential to building an economic inventory policy under periodic review, long lead-time, and a target fill rate. This study uses inventory and customer service level as a stock control metric to evaluate the forecast accuracy of different simple to more complex predictive analytical techniques. We show how traditional forecast error measures are inappropriate for inventory control, despite their consistent usage in many studies, by evaluating demand forecast performance dynamically with customer service level as a stock control metric that includes inventory holdings costs, stock out costs, and fill rate service levels. We present a novel analytical model to approximate the travel-time distribution of vehicles traversing a freeway corridor that experiences random quality of service degradations due to non-recurrent incidents. The proposed model derives the generating function of travel times in closed-form using clearance time, incident frequency and severity, and other ordinary traffic characteristics. We validate the model using data from a freeway corridor where weather events and traffic accidents serve as the principal causes of service degradation. The resulting model is equivalent in performance to widely used methodologies while uniquely providing a clear connection on how incidents affect travel time distribution. …

The consulting firm, ABC Inc., had previously supported the United Nations (UN) on multiple crisis situations over the past ten years and has experience assisting with site location decisions in the past.
