Problem definition: This work focuses on the hotel housekeeping process. In a field study, a possible channel of disease transmission between consecutive guests in hotel rooms is revealed. In order to prevent the transmission, an innovative assembly-line housekeeping method is developed. Academic/practical relevance: The transmission of infectious diseases during hotel stays (e.g., by touching unclean towels or bed linens) has been reported globally. As cyber vulnerabilities proliferate with the expansion of connected devices, wherein security is often forsaken for ease of use, Special Operations Forces (SOF) cannot escape the obvious, massive risk that they are assuming by incorporating emerging technologies into their toolkits. This is especially true in the maritime sector where SOF operates nearshore in littoral zones. As SOF—in support to the U.S. Navy— increasingly operate in these contested maritime environments, they will gradually encounter more hostile actors looking to exploit digital vulnerabilities. We study a novel newsvendor-type problem where the information on demand quantity is not exogenously given. The customer needs to make the booking decision based on her estimation on demand, which is affected by the value of shortage penalty cost. The problem is motivated by low-cost airline service practices where passengers need to book baggage allowance for their travel. The baggage overweight price affects the accuracy of passengers’ baggage weight estimation and thus their booking quantities. To keep congestion and pollution under control, a consolidator can operate an urban consolidation center (UCC) to bundle shipments from multiple carriers before the last-mile delivery. Alternatively, the consolidator can operate a peer-to-peer platform for the carriers to share delivery capacity. This study aimed to Performance Comparison of Neural Networks (MLP, RBFNN, ERNN, JRNN) Models for the time series data of a monthly Stock Prices to Bank of Palestine from Nov. 2005 to Oct. 2020, and comparing between models to see which one is better in forecasting. The results of applying the methods were compared through the (MAPE, MAE, RMSE), the most accurate model is ERNN 14-25-1 with minimum forecast measure error.

أخذ موضوع النمو والتنمية الأقتصادية حيزاً كبيراً من الأهمية في العقود الاخيرة سواء على مستوى التنظير الأقتصادي والبحوث العلمية والأكاديمية أو على مستوى الهيئات والمؤسسات الدولية العالمية أو على مستوى الدول وتوجهاتها الأقتصادية، فالنمو الأقتصادي كظاهرة عامة هو وسيلة لتحقيق مختلف الأغراض لهذا فأن معظم الدول تسعى الى تعظيم معدل النمو أو على الأقل تحسينه بأدخال كل الشروط التي تفرضها التنمية الاقتصادية . فالنمو الأقتصادي يبقى الهاجس الأساسي لمختلف الأنظمة من جهة وللأفراد من جهة أخرى فهو على رأس أهداف السياسات الأقتصادية كونه يمثل الخلاصة المادية للجهود الأقتصادية وغير الأقتصادية المبذولة في المجتمع.

هدفت الدراسة الي تناول التغيرات الهيكلية في بيئة المحاسبة الداخلية والخارجية ودورها في ممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التغيرات الهيكلية في عوامل بيئة المحاسبة، والتغيرات في ضوابط سلوك وأخلاقيات المهنة وما تسببه تلك التغيرات من خلل يتم استغلاله كمدخل لممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية. وتوصلت الدراسة الي عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التغيرات الهيكلية في بيئة المحاسبة وممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية. حيث أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للدراسة أن اقل قيمة لعبارات الفرضية الأولى حسب تحليل مربع كاي تساوي (1.035) عند درجة حرية (42)، بمستوى دلالة (.000) وهي أكبر من 0.05 ودالة إحصائياً وهو ما يؤكد صحة الفرضية “تجود علاقة …
