Research Aims: This study aims to examine the moderating role of leader autonomy support (LAS) in the indirect relationship between cognitive flexibility and calling through job crafting. Design/methodology/approach: Data were collected through an online survey from employees who have been working at a private company for a minimum of one year. Using a convenience sampling method, data were collected from a total of 140 respondents. Data were analysed in SPSS using a moderated mediation model. Research Aims: This research aimed to analyse the efficiency measurement on the effectiveness of train and wagon maintenance in three Decision Making Units (DMU) of Balai Yasa of Indonesian Railways Company (KAI). It focused on both output and input orientations and the effectiveness of production. Design: The research methodology was descriptive and quantitative, employing data envelopment analysis (DEA) and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Research Aims: This study investigates the mediating role of trust in explaining the effect of learning orientation and market orientation on the export performance of small and medium enterprise (SME) exporters in emerging markets. Design/methodology/approach: Survey data from 193 Malaysian SME exporters were used to test a series of hypothesised relationships. Research Aims: This study aims to examine the effect of visual packaging and perceived emotional value on purchase intention of Islamic-branded cosmetics. Design/Methodology/Approach: The data were collected from an online survey of selected respondents. By using the purposive sampling technique, the respondents were limited to those who knew of or have used Islamic-branded cosmetics. The data were analysed using the PLS-SEM method. Research Findings: Altogether, this study's sample comprised 257 respondents and found that visual packaging of Islamic-branded cosmetics positively affects perceived emotional value and attitude. Research Aims: The study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. Design/methodology/approach: The data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 200 SME managers/owners. Multiple regression analysis was applied to test the influence of financial literacy on SMEs performance by controlling manager profile and SME-specific characteristics. Research Findings: Multiple regression results prove that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on SMEs' performance. Research Aims - This study investigates the influence of Japanese work cultures on Malaysian foodservice employees’ work stress and their turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach - A total of 381 respondents participated in this study, and the research data was validated prior to the empirical assessment. Research Findings - The results of this study signify that the Japanese work culture amplifies workers disorientation, stress and turnover intention. Research Aims: This study investigates the link between involvement in direct export activities and firm performance, with reference to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study employed primary data collected from questionnaires administered to 271 exporting SMEs in seven provinces in Jawa-Bali Region. The OLS and GLM regression techniques were employed to estimate the export impact model. Research Aims: We examine the intellectual capital (IC) performance and its connection with firm value. We also investigate whether the adoption of an enhanced quality standard MFRS 139 that affect recognition and measurement of financial instrument's fair values, moderates the relationship between IC performance and firm value. Design/methodology/approach: Empirical evidence for the research was derived from a survey that collected data from 500 students in Indonesia and Thailand, analyzed using Logit Biner method with the help of software SPSS. Research Aims: To analyse the organisational commitment of pharmacists in Vietnamese enterprises, incorporating elements such as job satisfaction, leadership style and demographic variables. Design/Methodology/Approach: Based on a primary data sample, collected from 300 pharmacists in professional organisations (universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and drugstore chains), and a structural equation model (SEM). Research Findings: The results show that organisational commitment is significantly dependent on perceived job satisfaction, leadership styles and demographic variables by pharmacists. Predictors of pharmacists' organisational commitment differed significantly. Research Aims: Incorporating theories about psychological contracts and job characteristics, this research explores the relationship between different types of training events (i.e. on-the-job versus off-the-job training) and the turnover intention of female employees. Growth Need Strength (GNS) is a personality factor that strengthens this relationship. Research Aims: In line with international entrepreneurship theory, this study investigated the effects of entrepreneurial characteristics and government support on small and medium enterprise (SME) internationalisation and performance. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study focussed on Malaysia as a developing economy; data were gathered from 237 SMEs with international business operations to facilitate the examination of associative relationships among the variables. Research Aims: This study investigates the impact of innovativeness on competitive advantage along with the role of human capital and entrepreneurship orientation as drivers for innovation. Design/Methodology/Approach: The sample consists of small and medium sized manufacturers in Malaysia. A total of 193 firms participated. Data were collected via mail and drop-off survey and analysed using multiple regression analysis. Research Findings: The findings indicate that innovativeness significantly and positively influences competitive advantage.
