The problem discussed in this paper is whether the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) will need to unionize as a direct result of the activities of the Registered Nurse (RN) in order to insure financial solvency? If unionization is the answer to the CRNAs financial security, then what kind of a bargaining unit should the CRNA be associated with?
The methodology utilized in this paper was: an extensive reading of the history of the nursing profession and its professional organization; the history of nurse anesthetists and the functions of their professional organization; a review of the development of labor legislation …

The article discuses the Central Bank of Nigeria's Joint Consultative Council. The Management of the Central Bank of Nigeria constituted the JCC for purposes of deliberation, consultation and communication with the CBN workers. The article further discusses selected clauses of the senior staff Joint Consultative Council. The article further identified the problems the JCC confronted since it was established three years before then.

Logic, so the cliche goes, is not the life of the law. But logic is very much like the DNA of the law-the structural principle without which all is sprawl and muddle. In the last ten years a controversy has raged over the role of the labor arbitrator in issuing awards, and the role of the courts in reviewing and enforcing those awards. This controversy has largely taken the form of a continuing debate among scholars and practicing arbitrators at the annual meetings of the National Academy of Arbitrators.
