This study explains the development of articles on Islamic insurance. The data is taken from dimensions.ai database from 2014 to 2021. The data analysis is bibliometric using R biblioshiny software. The number of articles collected is 500 documents from the Journal 399 documents, Chapter 60 documents, edited book 8 documents, monograph 6 documents, preprints 13 documents, and proceedings 14 documents. The results of the analysis show that the development of articles with the theme of Islamic insurance has increased. Investigation Of Intercalation Of Sodium-Montmorillonite With Octadecyl Trimethyl Ammonium Bromide Surfactant, Chandra J. Soegijono. B

Sodium-montmorillonite (Na+-MMT) was intercalation modified with octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (OTAB) in aqueous suspension via an ion exchange mechanism. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) study indicates that OTAB is successfully intercalated into Na+-MMT layers and/or adsorbed on the surface of Na+-MMT. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that the interlayer spacing of the Na+-MMT was extended with the content of OTAB increasing, and the maximum spacing can reach about 3.80 nm. Results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis reveals the morphologies change from spherical-like particles to high-aspect ratio flakes after modification. Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes employee relationship with the organization. It has implication for the decision to continue membership in the organization. Employee with high commitment is a valuable asset in operating the company in order to maintain Company’s sustainability. This research proposes that organizational commitment is influenced by leadership style. The hypothesis is tested using data obtained from 60 respondents who work in Small and Medium enterprises in Depok.
