The study aimed to identify the impact of online advertising on organizational excellence Palestine Technical College in Dear Al-Balah. This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the system of incentives in the Ministry of Health and its impact on improving performance. The study population consisted of all workers in the Ministry of Finance of the State of Kuwait, from ranks of head of the category and upwards The study sample was of 39 respondents.
