This study addresses the visibility of traditional craft and focuses on developing a strategy to increase its exposure through online marketing platforms. Puspa Rinengga Batik Studio, a small and medium-sized enterprise in Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, specializes in creating batik with jangkang motifs. Despite their unique craft, the studio struggled with marketing their products, resulting in an imbalance between production and sales. This study explores a strategy to boost sales by leveraging social media for digital marketing. Jay Customers are customers who act in a thoughtless or abusive way, causing problems for the firm, its employees, and other customers. Currently, the only way to identify Jay Customers is by their actions when it is already too late to prevent the negative consequences. This research tested and confirmed the use of Dark Triad personality (Narcissism, Machiavellianism, and Psychopathy) to identify individuals prone to Jay Customer behavior prior to its manifestation. This study investigates the impact of meaningful work on job burnout (JBO) among frontline employees in Nairobi City County. Data was collected from 309 employees in various hotel categories ranging from two- to five-star-rated hotels. The present study applied the conservation of resources (COR) theory to develop a framework. It found that positive meaning in work had inverse relationships with all aspects of JBO. The negative influence of meaning-making through work significantly affected emotional exhaustion (EE) but not depersonalization (DP) and reduced personal accomplishment (RPA). This study focused on encouraging agritourism operators in the study area to engage in clustering. Collaboration within networks and clusters is strongly encouraged as a catalyst for accelerating industrial transformation, developing regional competitive advantages, and boosting company and job creation. All these factors ultimately contribute to economic progress and prosperity. A snowball sampling method was used to survey 192 agritourism operators, with 145 responses meeting the inclusion criteria for analysis. Exploratory factor analysis was employed to identify factors contributing to agritourism business development in the selected six states. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the degree and structure of dependence on the stock return of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia that are listed on the IDX linearly with the Jakarta Composite Index (JKSE) within the period of 2019-202. This study also wants to see whether there is an effect of increasing searches for "Covid" on the stock return of these pharmaceutical stocks. The objective of this study is to examine the effects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) motivations on the financial performance of companies operating in Indonesia during the period from 2010 to 2019. Researchers conducted research on banks in Indonesia to assess the effect of credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk on banking financial performance. Data is obtained from the IDX website and banks from 38 conventional commercial banks that met the criteria for the 2016-2020 period. Researchers used the fixed-effect model (FEM) to analyze the results of this study.The results of this study indicate that credit and operational risks have a significant effect on the company's financial performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG score and its pillars (environmental, social, and governance score), as a proxy of sustainable companies, on working capital requirements (WCR) and cash conversion cycle (CCC) of Indonesian listing companies for the period 2015-2020. The ESG and pillar scores are obtained from the Thomson Reuters Refinitiv Eikon terminal. The research covers 29 non-financial listed companies in Indonesia in the six years with a total of 174 observations through the purposive sampling technique. This study aims to analyze the effect CEO education, board gender diversity, and firm’s financial dimension on CSR disclosure. The sample used in study includes 22 publicly listed manufacturing firms in the Indonesia Stock Exchange that disclosed their ESG scores during the period of 2015 until 2019. This research used panel data which was later run using fixed effects model data. The result explains that both firm size and CEO education positively impact CSR disclosure at manufacturing firms and the impact is significant.

Over the Summer, I was able to work with Peacework in Belize through the University of Arkansas. While I was unable to physically go to Belize due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I feel that I was still able to learn about the culture, in both the casual and business workplace, as well as help the people of Dangriga. Brands, advertising agencies and other partners collaborate through curated phases to create marketing and advertisements, but within this process, how does the creative brief shape disability inclusion or exclusion? By moving the conversation from interpreting disability representation in an advertisement or finished marketing piece, to analyzing disability at the onset of the creative process, these insights present a critical contribution to scholarship on disability, marketing and consumer culture. Framed within crip theory, the research investigates how disability identity is—or is not—manifest in a creative brief within the creative process.

Companies are increasingly taking action on societal issues and are aware of the impact that their corporate voice has on impressionable publics. Existing research focuses greatly on corporate social responsibility and the moral standards that set up companies to market themselves authentically to the values they build themselves on. The current study explores how three companies utilize their platform to share their values in relation to ethical issues arising in the modern world.
