Objective: This research studies family business sustainability leadership adoption obstacles especially regarding their dual need to achieve both profitability and environmental impact targets while examining potential solutions to these problems. Methodology: A research methodology included literary analysis and field studies along with questionnaire distribution for obtaining qualitative and quantitative data. The research survey gathered information about how family businesses handle sustainability measures that focus specifically on their energy consumption as well as energy efficiency and water management plans. Objective: The study targets the investigation of Employee Engagement differences across Traditional and New work forms in Corporate Social Initiatives together with workplace practices that boost Sustainable Project Engagement. Methodology: The authors used a mixed-methods design approach in their research. A survey with 300 sustainable project personnel either working full-time or part-time collected quantitative data for analysis. The COVID-19 crisis, in addition to its serious health impact, has negatively affected key socio-economic aggregates and has shocked the strategic planning of all economic and social actors, including local communities. Academic advising plays a vital role in achieving higher educational institution’s purposes. Academic advising is a process where an academic advisor decides to select a certain number of courses for a student to register in each semester to fulfil the graduation requirements. This paper presents an Academic Advising Decision Support System (AADSS) to enhance advisors make better decisions regarding their students’ cases. AADSS framework divided into four layers, data preparation layer, data layer, processing layer and decision layer. The testing results from those participating academic advisors and students considered are that AADSS beneficial in enhancing their decision for selecting courses.

This study aimed at identifying the Effect of Applying Artificial Intelligence in Forming Marketing Strategies of the Jordanian Industrial Companies listed at Amman stock exchange. The study population was all the Industrial Companies listed at Amman stock exchange, and the sample consisted of 65 marketing manager at these companies. Findings of the study showed that there was positive Effects of Applying Artificial Intelligence in Forming Marketing Strategies in terms of cost leadership, differentiation, focus marketing, alliance, diversification, and direct marketing.
