Background: The COVID-19 pandemic severely disrupted markets. While sustainability performance measured by ESG scores theoretically buffers against shocks, its efficacy in emerging markets with nascent sustainability frameworks remains underexplored. Method: We analyze a balanced panel of 1,395 observations from 279 non-financial Southeast Asian firms (2020–2024). Using OLS, lagged, and fixed effects models, we compare the impact of sustainability performance on stock resilience during the 2020–2022 and post-pandemic (2023–2024) periods. Findings: Sustainability performance (ESG scores) significantly enhanced stock resilience during the pandemic. However, this protective effect dissipated post-pandemic. Research Aims: This study aims to examine the role of social media influencers in shaping contemporary brand communication strategies and to identify the opportunities and challenges associated with influencer marketing practices. Design/methodology/approach: This study employs a semi-systematic literature review approach by analyzing previous studies related to influencer marketing, brand communication, customer engagement, and consumer behavior across digital platforms. Research Findings: The findings indicate that brands strategically select influencers whose personal branding aligns with the company’s values and identity to enhance customer engagement and brand perception. This purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Disclosures on Firm Value, with Gender Diversity in the Leadership as a moderating variable. The research sample consists of 140 non-financial companies listed in the stock exchange of ASEAN countries for the observation period of 2019-2023 (with total 700 firm-years), selected through purposive sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach with moderated regression analysis. This study explores the strategic decision-making process in implementing Greenomina, a digital transformation platform developed by PT Pertamina (Persero), a reputable state-owned energy company in Indonesia, to support decarbonization initiatives through carbon emission tracking and management. The analysis draws upon two frameworks: the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the Digital Transformation Canvas (DTC). Greenomina primarily targets Scope 3 emissions, or indirect emissions from business travel and activities, by enabling employees to measure, document, and offset their carbon footprints. This study examines business communication barriers faced by PT. XYZ, an export-oriented company engaged in international business cooperation. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings indicate that business communication is influenced by multiple interrelated barriers, including socio-anthro-psychological, technical, and ecological factors, which affect communication effectiveness during coordination, negotiation, and relationship management with foreign business partners. These barriers shape the quality of mutual understanding, trust, and operational efficiency in cross-border interactions. This study analyzes the crisis communication strategy employed by PT ANTAM Tbk in response to the spread of misinformation concerning allegations of gold-related corruption in 2025. The crisis was sparked by a social media post suggesting that ANTAM's gold products were counterfeit, although the actual issue involved unauthorized use of the brand by former employees. Using a qualitative case study and the Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) framework, this paper evaluates the company’s strategic communication in mitigating reputational damage and maintaining stakeholder trust. Research Aims: This study investigates the relationship between electronic service quality (e-SERVQUAL), satisfaction and trust, and three indicators of customer loyalty within the context of loyalty programs organised by e-commerce platforms.
Design/Methodology/Approach: An empirical approach using purposive sampling was used to generate a population of 326 Indonesian respondents over 18 years old who have used e-commerce loyalty program features such as store credit, points, discount vouchers, cashback vouchers, and free shipping vouchers.

This study investigates the impact of emotional and narrative-driven video advertisements on attitudes toward advertisements and advertisement involvement, ultimately fostering emotional brand attachment among viewers. This research adopts a quantitative approach, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS 4 software. This research aimed to examine the incremental effect of COVID-19 on sustainability reports disclosures towards tax aggressiveness by moderating Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in a balanced period before and during COVID-19. Disclosure of sustainability reports and tax aggressiveness are measured using the GRI Standards index and the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), respectively. Meanwhile, GCG is measured based on 15 indices (ICGI) developed by Tanjung (2020).
