Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit dapat ditingkatkan melalui lingkungan kerja, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja yang merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja sangat berpengaruh dalam diri karyawan dan yang berada di sekitarnya dalam menjalani tugas-tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja karyawan non medis di RS Hermina Bogor. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif pada karyawan non medis RS Hermina Bogor dengan sampel berjumlah 64 orang dengan instrumen kuesioner employee engagement.
