يتناول هذا البحث دراسة العلاقة بين روح الدعابة لدى القيادة وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية الموجه نحو الزبائن، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة استطلاعية لعينة من العاملين في المصارف في محافظة البصرة. تم استخدام استبيان لجمع البيانات من 200 موظف في مصرف في القطاع العام (الرشيد/ السيف ) ومصرف في القطاع الخاص( التنمية الدولي) ، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج [SPSS-Amos] لتحديد العلاقة بين روح الدعابة لدى القيادة وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية الموجه نحو الزبائن. أظهرت النتائج أن روح الدعابة لدى القيادة لها علاقة ارتباط وتأثير إيجابي على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية الموجه نحو الزبائن، وبالتالي يعد دعم روح الدعابة من القيادة أمرًا مهمًا …

Patriotism is often described as the “love of country” that individuals display in the acclamation of their national community. Despite the prominence of this sentiment in various societies around the world, organizational research on patriotism is largely absent. This omission is surprising because entrepreneurs, human resource (HR) divisions, and firms frequently embrace both patriotism and patriotic organizational practices. The alcoholic beverage industry faces intense competition and regulatory constraints, making strategic shelf space management critical. This study investigates the impact of shelf facings on sales performance in the alcoholic beverage sector, focusing on how brand size moderates this relationship.

The study collected data from a regional supermarket chain in Arkansas using a quantitative pretest-posttest control group design. It found that increasing shelf facings for smaller brands significantly enhances overall modular sales, with small brand sales persisting even after reverting to their original facings. The advent of artificial intelligence and machine learning has enabled robots to serve in consumer market for a better customer experience. Nevertheless, acceptance of robotic technology among consumers is still lacking. Therefore, this study has developed an integrated model with robot appearance, expectation confirmation model, diffusion of innovation and theory of planned behavior and empirically investigates customer intention to use service robot. The research model is empirically tested with 349 responses retrieved from customers visiting retail stores. Extant literature has typically drawn from the behavioral theory of the firm (BTOF) to examine new product introductions in the context of well-established companies. This paper extends the behavioral theory of the firm to entrepreneurial firms and argues that jointly considering founders' dispositional optimism together with the performance feedback promises to yield a better understanding of new product introductions in new ventures. We analyze a longitudinal dataset on the activities of 344 newly founded high technology ventures in the United States. The fastest and most effective way for Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) to manage resources efficiently is to transform through introducing information systems (IS). However, it has been argued by several authors that Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems do not usually fit the requirements of organizations in developing countries because of the different business practices, and legal and government regulations. How Environmental Accidents Influence Consumer ‘Green’ Behavior: An Econometric Analysis, Rick Hardcopf, Suvrat Dhanorkar

Environmental accidents (EAs) are firm operational failures that harm human health, the natural environment, and offending firms. We propose they also initiate a subtle form of activism among consumers living near the accident by stimulating increased ‘green’ behavior. Using annual county-level data in California from 2000-2015, we show that following an EA, consumers reduce the trash/garbage they generate and the energy they consume. The impact is long-lasting and stronger when EAs are more severe and when consumers have pro-environmental beliefs, ready access to information, and convenient access to ‘green’ options, such as recycling. In 1973, the Kansas State College, Pittsburg administration fired thirteen faculty members without cause. In order to improve administration-faculty relations, remaining faculty organized, petitioned for recognition, and drafted PSU/KNEA's first contract with PSU/KBOR, which went into effect five years later. The narrative covering this period draws on Axe Library's KNEA Collection and interviews of former faculty.
