Bronchiectasis is a chronic disorder characterized by irreversible bronchial dilatation accompanied by an inflammatory process in the walls of the bronchi and the surrounding lung parenchyma. Bronchiectasis can be caused by infection with the bacterium Mycobacterium Tuberculosis which is the bacteria that causes pulmonary tuberculosis (pulmonary TB). The main characteristic of bronchiectasis is the accumulation of mucus, chronic bacterial infections, and persistent bronchial inflammation. Peripheral nerve injuries mostly occur in the upper extremities with the most common cause being trauma. An alternative to nerve repair in proximal injury is restoration of function via nerve transfer. This study aims to analyze the role of online information in the decision-making process of investors in the form of donation-based crowdfunding. We use Kitabisa.com as a donation-based crowdfunding platform and collect 74 data on donation projects. This study uses the combination of a regression model with cross section data and an Elaboration likelihood model. The results of this study found that several very important online information variables, such as updates and shares on Facebook, proved significant to influence investors' decisions on crowdfunding platforms in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to address complaints of Asthenopia symptoms in the employees of one of the offices in Tasikmalaya city in 2020. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research method, a cross-sectional design. In this study, to collect data, the tool used was a questionnaire. This study addresses the relationship between the organizational justice (OJ) and organizational citizenship behavior (OSB) among the local administration’s employees through the five-factor model: altruism, courtesy, conscience, civic virtue, and sportsmanship. To achieve the study’s objectives, the researcher implemented two scales; namely, the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Specifically speaking, these scales were adapted to suit both the nature and the environment of the study and applied to 72 employees at workplace.
