From Fury To Forgiveness: Exploring The Mediating Role Of Emotions In The Relationship Between Crisis Type, Corporate Social Responsibility Fit, And Organizational Outcomes, James Ndone

This study investigates how three types of emotions (anger, affective empathy, and cognitive empathy) mediate the relationship between crisis type and corporate social responsibility (CSR) fit and organizational outcomes such as purchase intentions, negative word-of-mouth (nwom), organizational reputation, as well as forgiveness. An online 2 (crisis type: product-harm vs. moral-harm) x 2 (CSR fit: high fit vs. low fit) between-subjects design (N = 412) was conducted with the participants recruited via CloudResearch, a crowdsourcing platform. Envision Utah is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing the quality of life in Utah communities by engaging stakeholders such as local governments, citizens, and for-profit and non-profit organizations. Envision Utah generates policy recommendations and identifies strategic priorities through public outreach, collaboration, and data-driven analyses. Since 1997, Envision Utah has launched numerous initiatives that have revitalized city centers, steered urban planning, improved transportation networks, and addressed environmental and water conservation issues.

This multiple case studies review of rural nonprofit collaboration explored themes related to the research problem of limited collaborative practice and outcomes in rural nonprofits. The research used a multiple case studies approach to examine current practices, barriers to collaboration, and identify best practices. Themes in existing literature on nonprofit collaborative practices and rural settings were examined to develop a conceptual framework of themes that would be explored in the research. This research investigates intra-organizational social networks by employing network science methods, aiming to provide actionable insights for both managers and employees. Using datasets from the Colorado Index of Complex Networks (ICON), this study examines four intra-organizational networks from a consulting firm and a research team, focusing on advice requests and skill awareness. The analysis includes network topology, degree distribution, community detection, correlation between communities and node attributes, maximal clique detection, and multilayer network analysis. The study sought to determine the role of media and information education courses provided by the Jordan Media Institute in developing the skills of teachers of the Jordanian Ministry of Education in dealing with digital information and news verification in Jordan, by using the public survey approach using the questionnaire tool on a deliberate sample of (316) teachers who participated. In training courses. The advent of artificial intelligence and machine learning has enabled robots to serve in consumer market for a better customer experience. Nevertheless, acceptance of robotic technology among consumers is still lacking. Therefore, this study has developed an integrated model with robot appearance, expectation confirmation model, diffusion of innovation and theory of planned behavior and empirically investigates customer intention to use service robot. The research model is empirically tested with 349 responses retrieved from customers visiting retail stores. BACKGROUND: Black men consistently have higher rates of prostate cancer (PCA)- related mortality. Advances in PCA treatment, screening, and hereditary cancer assessment center around germline testing (GT). Of concern is the significant under-engagement of Black males in PCA GT, limiting the benefit of precision therapy and tailored cancer screening despite longstanding awareness of these disparities. To address these critical disparities, the Socioecological Model (SEM) was employed to develop comprehensive recommendations to overcome barriers and implement equitable strategies to engage Black males in PCA GT.

In addition to standardized tests and program assessments of academic programs, tracking college alums’ employment is also deemed an effective method for measuring student learning and success. In this case study, the authors examined 251 students’ LinkedIn profiles by using main keywords such as the name of the institution and sport management to gather information about current employment status, degree of program completion, and primary self-identified skills of observed individuals. Extant literature has typically drawn from the behavioral theory of the firm (BTOF) to examine new product introductions in the context of well-established companies.
