JOHNSON CITY – (Nov. 19, 2021) East Tennessee State University is one of just four public four-year colleges in the state that saw an increase in new students for the fall 2021 semester. While overall enrollment at ETSU is down approximately 3% from last fall, the number of new students choosing ETSU went up by 13 percent, President Brian Noland reported today to members of the Board of Trustees during their quarterly meeting in the D.P. Culp Student Center.

Purpose. This study aims to describe the development of hospitality research in terms of research methods and data sources used in the 2010s.

Design/methodology/approach. Content analyses of the research methods and data sources used in original hospitality research published in the 2010s in the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly (CQ), International Journal of Hospitality Management (IJHM), International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (IJCHM), Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research (JHTR) and International Hospitality Review (IHR) were conducted. This premium lives on the balance sheet as an intangible asset called goodwill. The Effect Of Leadership Styles On ‎Resistance To Change With The Workers, Shaker Al-Khashali

This research attempts to study the relationship between leadership style and employees resistance ‎to change at industrial firms in Jordan. A simple of (191) employees is selected from (3) of the largest ‎industrial firms.‎ Results show an overall “above – average” degree of resistance to change, the same degree of ‎resistance under associated with democratic leadership style.‎ Results, also, show that authoritarian leadership style is positively associated with resistance to ‎change (organizational, subjective, economic, and culture dimension), and democratic leadership ‎style is negatively correlated with organizational dimension of resistance only (and not other ‎dimension). Banker and Haghes (1994) demonstrated the economic sufficiency of normal activity - based ‎unit cost for optimal pricing decisions. This paper provides an agency paralle to their analysis by ‎examining how, in the presence of capacity cost, the desirable tradeoff between risk- sharing ‎and incentives can be achieved through modification of the performance measures on which ‎the contract is based.
