The present study was designed to examine the relationship between human resource management practices and turnover intention among the faculty members of private universities in Bangladesh. The prime objective of this study was to understand whether the institution’s HRM practices can influence faculty turnover decision. A total of 317 faculty members of different private universities located in Dhaka Metropolitan Area(DMA) participated in the survey and returned the questionnaire to the researchers which represented 57% response rate of the study. Mark received his Master’s of Accountancy in 1995 from USU and began a career in public accounting with Tanner in Salt Lake City. He spent four years with Tanner before accepting a position with the SEC in Washington, D.C. After two years at the SEC, Mark rejoined Tanner. In a liberal arts setting, there are no “schools” or “colleges” in which to neatly group a capstone experience. We have developed a course meant to address a capstone experience, while being true to a focus within our particular major. In this paper, an effort to create a course designed as a capstone experience specific to the finance discipline using an active learning strategy is reviewed. The primary method of instruction is with case studies. However, only the first part of the course is taught using the traditional case teaching method. Most of the rest of the course is taught …
