This expository applied learning study evaluated The Foodland International Corporation's role in the food chain, industry and retailer competition and needs. The research was used to design a Foodland marketing support program, with a flyer as the primary sales aide. Sexual harassment is a form of sexual discrimination that was initially covered under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (CRA) of 1964, and is now also covered under the civil Rights Act of 1991.
