Research Aims: This study examines the impact of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) fandom in Indonesia, focusing on collaborations between Indonesian companies and K-Pop idols. It aims to understand how fan interactions influence purchasing behavior toward celebrity-endorsed products.
Design/methodology/approach: The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data from 1,016 respondents familiar with collaboration campaigns between Indonesian companies and K-Pop idols. It examines customer-to-customer identification (CCI), customer-to-community identification (CMI), attitudinal engagement, behavioral engagement, attitude toward brand, and attitude toward celebrity.

Research Aims: Testing the influence of E-Service Quality, Customer Engagement and Perceived Quality on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction in the health services industry in Jakarta, in order to develop a marketing strategy based on customer satisfaction.

Budget Participation: Interaction Effects Of Work Engagement And Empowerment, Yew-Ming Chia Dr, Lewis Grant Mr

This study investigates the two-way interaction effects of work engagement and empowerment on the degree of employees' budget participation industry in Scotland. Data are collected from 159 employees via an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiplicative regression analysis. The results confirm the presence of a two-way interaction effect between work engagement and empowerment on the degree of budget participation at a statistically significance level (p = 0.0002). Further analysis indicates that the higher the empowerment, the greater its enhancing effect on the positive relationship between work engagement and the degree of employees' budget participation. Indonesia fully supports efforts to disclose corporate social responsibility (CSR) to increase awareness of issues regarding the environment globally, as stated in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The connection between the disclosure of corporate social responsibility and the stock price crash risk is examined in this study. Furthermore, we analyse and check robustness and endogeneity issues to avoid variable bias selections. This study investigates the effect of religious-related attributes in social media promotion materials towards Muslim consumers’ behavioural intention, with consumer’s offensiveness mediating. Theories are applied to a case where Hanamasa Indonesia’s promotion materials were treated with skeptical e-WOMs since a customer revealed her experience was contrast to what appears visually and audibly on the restaurant’s social media posts. This study aims to analyze the effect CEO education, board gender diversity, and firm’s financial dimension on CSR disclosure. The sample used in study includes 22 publicly listed manufacturing firms in the Indonesia Stock Exchange that disclosed their ESG scores during the period of 2015 until 2019. This research used panel data which was later run using fixed effects model data. The result explains that both firm size and CEO education positively impact CSR disclosure at manufacturing firms and the impact is significant.

Permukiman Candi Baru adalah bagian awal pengembangan fase modernisasi Kota Semarang pada 1906-1942. Permukiman tersebut didesain dengan konsep garden city oleh Ir. Herman Thomas Karsten pada tahun 1916. Dalam praktiknya, Karsten dan ahli-ahli lokal yang membantunya, tidak utuh menerapkan konsep Garden City by Howard. Desain dibuat dengan penyesuaian kondisi Indonesia. Secara struktur, kawasan ini masih menampakan karakter garden city. Bangunan-bangunan yang ada di kawasan tersebut sebagian besar adalah bangunan yang sama tuanya dengan kawasan itu sendiri. This study aims to examine whether Indonesian banks perform earnings and capital management through loan loss provisions and whether IFRS 9 implementation improves accounting quality by focussing on those practices. The analysis is conducted with a sample of 28 banks in Indonesia selected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012 – 2021. This study adopts a model modified from previous studies (Ahmed et al. 1999; Anandarajan et al. 2003; Anandarajan et al. 2006; Leventis et al. 2011). Urban sprawl is rapidly expanding in the outskirts of Jakarta, resulting in a patchwork of urban areas. Unlike many walkable cities in Europe that have long embraced the pedestrian culture, Jakarta and other developing cities have prioritized private vehicle-oriented development, leading to mixed urban forms. According to data from BPS in 2022, over 16.5 million motorcycles are registered in Jakarta, and 62.3% of Jabodetabek commuters use them. Households' income and other concerns constitute important sustainable housing choices factors that play vital roles in influencing rental housing affordability decisions. The study determined both male and female households can make economic, social, and environmental housing choices to meet their affordable rental needs. A cross-sectional survey was conducted, and a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 285 households obtained from a random sampling of 450 households living in private rental housing in Trademore estate in the Lugbe district of Abuja. The Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps (KORLANTAS POLRI) and the Army Staff and Command School (SESKOAD) conducted a joint study in early March 2023 to reduce the number of traffic accident victims by implementing traffic regulations by the Military Police and Traffic Police. One of the methods used by KORLANTAS POLRI is the installation of ETLE speed cameras on Jakarta toll roads, such as Cikampek, Jagorawi, Bitung, and others. The aim of this study is to examine academic publications related to tourism and humor by using bibliometric analysis method. Research data were collected using the Elsevier Scopus bibliometric database. In this context, 90 data, including articles, papers and book chapters at international level, were found in the search carried out on Scopus. Maxqda 2022 package program was used to analyze and visualize the obtained data. As a result, it was observed that publications on tourism and humor were relatively few between 1989 and 2007, and an increase in the number of publications between 2019-2022. Janjang Wulung Village is one of seven villages located at a highland of 593.73 meters above sea level in Puspo District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. Janjang Wulung Village has natural resource potential from coffee, apples, avocados, and forest products supported by the plantation area, reaching 280.1 and farmers of 1,072 people. The livestock sector is also one of the superior productions in Janjang Wulung Village, with each household having 3-6 dairy cattle with a population of 602 people who work as breeders.
