Ambidexterity involves strategies for effectively managing the inherent tensions between short-term stability and long-term investments, a challenge known as the exploitation-exploration paradox. Despite the acknowledged importance of learning in the context of ambidexterity, there is a limited understanding of how various forms of organizational learning are employed over time in projects focused on either exploitation or exploration. This gap in knowledge is significant because the timing and sources of knowledge acquisition that support innovation can significantly impact the success of an ambidextrous approach. IMSA's FTC Robotics Team, the FTC TITANS, was recently recognized at an educational STEM conference presenting to the student body of Orrington Elementary and invited to present at professional meetings for Molex and Caterpillar/Trimble Connectivity to spread robotics to almost 100 engineers and STEM professionals, both at the student and professional levels.

We have used STEM education and robotics to inspire over 6300 people across the globe. The team was recently awarded the 1st Place Connect Award for professional outreach and 2nd Place Inspire (Championship) Award and is excited to be competing at the State Competition.

My business research revolved around biosecurity and disease. My inquiry was led by the question How common are diseases in commercial swine units and how can they be prevented from a staff personnel standpoint?. I completed my research by gaining knowledge through experience in my internship, as well as a literature review. I could not find an explicit response to how common diseases are, but I did learn about biosecurity and disease prevention.

Leading Climate & Environmental Action in the San Diego Region presents the state of environment-focused nonprofits in the San Diego region and their legacies that position them to continue impactful climate action. Findings in this report are synthesized from quarterly public opinion pollings (San Diego Residents Survey), surveys of 30 local environmental nonprofit leaders (Nonprofit Leaders Survey), the latest nonprofit data from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and data on foundation grants awarded to local nonprofits (Candid). Aaron Thomas and Nsi Heredia found themselves developing their relationship over the course of their time at St. Mary’s University; however, they also were able to develop skills that aided their entrepreneurial adventures. This project uses real-world financial statements (for Best Buy Co. Inc. and Nvidia Corporation) and creates a role-playing game where students can choose to be one of 4 capital market participants: an innovator that designs a brand-new accounting system, a company that prepares its best version of financial statements, an investor that chooses its ideal portfolio stocks, and a forensic accountant that looks for evidence of earnings management. The project helps student learn to conduct financial statement analysis and appreciate the impact of these statements on company financial ratios and capital market performance.

In 2018, 52.4% of Nevada adult women reported ever receiving an HPV test. Women made up 63% of all chlamydia cases and 38% of all gonorrhea cases in Nevada. 18.4% of women in Nevada reported not receiving health care at some point in the last year due to cost. While there were 180 pregnancy-associated deaths in Nevada from 2016 to 2021. Of the 180, 79 pregnancy-associated deaths were from January 2020 to December 2021 alone. Of the drug overdoses associated with pregnancy-associated deaths, 95.7% were coded as unintentional overdoses.

Bajo esta premisa, esta investigación pretende diagnosticar, caracterizar y diseñar la cadena de valor de la mora de Castilla (Rubus claucus) en la provincia de Sumapaz, Cundinamarca, a través de metodologías de diagnóstico.
