This study examines initiatives intended to enhance community empowerment in the tourism village of Kembang Kuning, Central Java, Indonesia. One problem facing this community is an inability to carry out effective promotion to realize the tourism potential of the village. Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending offers investors the discretion to allocate funds based on their risk toler- ance. However, funds cannot be withdrawn until loans mature or are repaid by borrowers, rendering it a relatively high-risk investment. Research suggests that women in older age groups tend to exhibit greater risk aversion, though financial literacy may mitigate gender disparities. This study employs logistic regression to analyze the impact of gender, age, and education on P2P loan viability assess- ment. This research aims to analyze the differences in Risk (Value at Risk) and Return between sukuk and bonds. The research approach utilizes the T-test to examine this comparison. The data source is the closing prices of Sukuk and Bonds for 2018-2020. The research results indicate a significant difference between Sukuk and Bonds regarding returns. A vital difference also occurs in Sukuk and Bonds's Value at Risk (VaR). The results of this study prove that Sukuk has higher returns and lower VaR than Bonds. Sukuk can be a good instrument for portfolio diversification.

Researchers conducted research on banks in Indonesia to assess the effect of credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk on banking financial performance. Data is obtained from the IDX website and banks from 38 conventional commercial banks that met the criteria for the 2016-2020 period. This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG score and its pillars (environmental, social, and governance score), as a proxy of sustainable companies, on working capital requirements (WCR) and cash conversion cycle (CCC) of Indonesian listing companies for the period 2015-2020. The ESG and pillar scores are obtained from the Thomson Reuters Refinitiv Eikon terminal. Manuscript Type: Research Paper Research Aims: To analyze how demand, convenience, interactivity, and playfulness in short videos influence perceived enjoyment, which in turn affects hedonic motivation and impulsive repurchase intentions, both directly and indirectly.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used quantitative research with 278 respondents, analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Research Findings: Demand, convenience, and playfulness significantly enhance perceived enjoyment, while interactivity does not. Perceived enjoyment positively influences hedonic motivation, which partially mediates its effect on impulsive repurchase intention.

Research Aims: This study examines the impact of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) fandom in Indonesia, focusing on collaborations between Indonesian companies and K-Pop idols. It aims to understand how fan interactions influence purchasing behavior toward celebrity-endorsed products.
Design/methodology/approach: The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data from 1,016 respondents familiar with collaboration campaigns between Indonesian companies and K-Pop idols. It examines customer-to-customer identification (CCI), customer-to-community identification (CMI), attitudinal engagement, behavioral engagement, attitude toward brand, and attitude toward celebrity.

Theories are applied to a case where Hanamasa Indonesia’s promotion materials were treated with skeptical e-WOMs since a customer revealed her experience was contrast to what appears visually and audibly on the restaurant’s social media posts. This study aims to analyze the effect CEO education, board gender diversity, and firm’s financial dimension on CSR disclosure. The sample used in study includes 22 publicly listed manufacturing firms in the Indonesia Stock Exchange that disclosed their ESG scores during the period of 2015 until 2019. This research used panel data which was later run using fixed effects model data. The result explains that both firm size and CEO education positively impact CSR disclosure at manufacturing firms and the impact is significant.

This study investigates the two-way interaction effects of work engagement and empowerment on the degree of employees' budget participation industry in Scotland. Data are collected from 159 employees via an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiplicative regression analysis. The results confirm the presence of a two-way interaction effect between work engagement and empowerment on the degree of budget participation at a statistically significance level (p = 0.0002). Further analysis indicates that the higher the empowerment, the greater its enhancing effect on the positive relationship between work engagement and the degree of employees' budget participation. This study aims to examine whether Indonesian banks perform earnings and capital management through loan loss provisions and whether IFRS 9 implementation improves accounting quality by focussing on those practices. The analysis is conducted with a sample of 28 banks in Indonesia selected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012 – 2021. This study adopts a model modified from previous studies (Ahmed et al. 1999; Anandarajan et al. 2003; Anandarajan et al. 2006; Leventis et al. 2011). Urban sprawl is rapidly expanding in the outskirts of Jakarta, resulting in a patchwork of urban areas. Unlike many walkable cities in Europe that have long embraced the pedestrian culture, Jakarta and other developing cities have prioritized private vehicle-oriented development, leading to mixed urban forms. According to data from BPS in 2022, over 16.5 million motorcycles are registered in Jakarta, and 62.3% of Jabodetabek commuters use them.
