First International Rotation Students Welcomed
Inaugural International Rotation Student's Presentation----
Today, our first international rotation students presented to the college what they learned within their four-week rotations. They shared with us how much they will value their experiences here in our region. They further shared that they would not have experienced specific pharmacy specialties in Scotland because they simply do not exist. The students explained they would return to Scotland with a greater understanding of how Pharmacy is practiced in the United States

Girls in Science
Dr. Brooks Pond, Dr. Stacy Brown, and Dr. McKenzie Calhoun take part in the Girls in Science and Technology camp by the Department of Computing. They hosted 15 rising fifth grade "campers" at the Gatton College of Pharmacy. Each camper was able to isolate their own DNA and make it into a necklace.

JOHNSON CITY (June 2, 2014) A professor at East Tennessee State University's Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy has been featured in back-to-back issues of the magazine Pharmacy Today, a publication of the American Pharmacists Association.
In the April issue, Sarah Melton was the subject of the magazine's "Provider Status Profile." For the May issue, she is featured in the cover story, "Moving Mountains: Managing Patients with Psychiatric Disorders," and a color photograph, taken by ETSU's Larry Smith, graces the magazine's cover.
