Employees who lost their jobs did not return by turning to different sectors. This situation has revealed the lack of qualified personnel in the tourism sector. This study aims to determine the current status and development level of publications on cultural heritage tourism in international literature. Studies in the international literature done about cultural heritage tourism between 1999-2021, were examined within certain parameters. The Web of Science database was searched to access scientific studies on the concept. As a result of the search, a total of 210 scientific publications on "Cultural Heritage Tourism" were found and subjected to bibliometric analysis. This non-experimental, quantitative study examined employee retention in rotational molding plastic manufacturing organizations by surveying machine operators and finishers in the industry. The researcher distributed a 30-question Likert survey in English and Spanish in rotational molding plastic manufacturing organizations across the United States to determine the factors that contribute to employee retention. This research study examined employee culture, job satisfaction, motivation, nature of work, and self-sacrifice as factors that contribute to employee retention in the rotational molding plastic manufacturing industry. JOHNSON CITY – The U.S. Department of Education has announced that East Tennessee State University’s TRIO programs have won a string of impressive grants totaling more than $10 million in the coming years.

JOHNSON CITY – Jack Tottle, a legendary musician who founded what is now Bluegrass, Old-Time and Roots Music Studies at East Tennessee State University, will be honored with an honorary doctorate this Friday.
The university will make the presentation during the program’s 40th anniversary concert on Friday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. at the ETSU Martin Center for the Arts.

This is followed by an analysis of the impacts of its external and internal environment. Next, the audit examines Hasbro’s recent performance and competition it faces in the Toy Wholesaling industry. The sixth, seventh, and eighth components consider different levels of strategy that Hasbro pursues. Lastly, the strategic audit considers Hasbro’s corporate governance and its organizational structure and controls.
