The 2023 General Assembly of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), held in Louisville, Kentucky, received and affirmed sense-of-the-assembly resolution GA-2341 condemning Christian Nationalism. With this resolution, those gathered at the General Assembly resolved “that the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) denounces Christian Nationalism in all its forms as a distortion of the Christian faith, and commits to opposing it wherever it appears, for the sake of the gospel and the good of the human family.” In addition to the resolution, the 2023 Peter Ainslie and Forrest F.
