The Gyeongsang dialect is phonologically and morphologically unique, yet current research generally focuses only on its prosody characteristics. Research related to language style and sentence-final ending in the Gyeongsang dialect has received less attention. Therefore, this study focuses on sentence-final ending or jeongyeol eomi in Korean interrogative sentences to fill the research gap. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. Data is collected from the Korean drama Reply 1997 from the first three episodes. The women, who survived the 1965 tragedy and had been political prisoners because they were thought to have ties to the Indonesian Communist Party, had been silenced for a long time. Those female survivors then spoke through songs in the Dialita Choir. What they do is a form of women’s writing which is an attempt to include women in historical narratives. Penelitian ini membahas peran anggota keluarga di Belanda yang terdapat pada iklan natal supermarket PLUS (2018), JUMBO (2019), dan Albert Heijn (2019). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran ayah, ibu, dan anak dalam keluarga Belanda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Agar fokus penelitian ini terjaga, maka adegan pada iklan yang dianalisis hanya yang menunjukkan sosok ayah, ibu, dan anak. This research examines how women voice their narratives through tattoos by studying the experiences of seven tattooed women. Using the in-depth interview method, this research presents the narratives of these tattooed women in relation to their tattoos. Such narratives seem to be strongly intertwined with their life stories. The body is a medium in which a person can place certain markers to achieve certain purposes. As Butler theorizes, what the body displays is not the real self, but only an appearance according to the assumed or chosen role. Alternative assessments are said to be suitable for young language learners, but are rarely used by language teachers from all educational levels. One of the causes is teachers’ lack of knowledge regarding the best ways to utilize alternative assessments. This research explores how an English teacher for young learners can use portfolio, an alternative assessment, as a source of information about learning process. Larousse is one of the most important and widely used French-language dictionaries. Larousse dictionary annually releases its new edition with the addition of on average 150 new words due to the appearance of new words, known as the phenomenon of neologism. The aim of this study is to identify how new words or neologisms in the Larousse dictionary edition of 2018 and 2019 were formed using a morphological approach. Shen Congwen (1902-1988) is a modern Chinese author and poet who is known for his native-soil literature (xiangtu wenxue). The short story The Husband (Zhangfu, 1930) is one of his works in native-soil literature. It tells a story about the character “Husband” who lived as a peasant in the barren and poor Huang Village. This study is aimed to examine seven selected allegories of Āryaśūra’s Jātakamālā engraved in Candi Borobudur, to analyze the multiple aspects of the six perfections (pāramitās) exemplified in them and how these perfections are applied in day-to-day life. The literature study involved data collection triangulation to determine the extant Jātakamālā and pāramitā texts closest to the sources. Content analysis on the Jātakamālā texts and observation of its corresponding reliefs were carried out to identify the message and substantial points of each allegory.
