On February 15, 2011 Adam Masonbrink interviewed Sandra Clausing, a beautician from Dayton, for a class project dealing with oral histories and capturing the history of the Miami Valley. During the interview Sandra discussed her childhood, family, her volunteer work in nursing homes, and more.

On February 08, 2011, Erica Terrill interviewed Shawon Gullette, owner of the Infinitee Salon and Day Spa and a Top Ten Women award recipient, for a class project dealing with oral histories and capturing the history of the Miami Valley. During the interview Shawon discusses her involvement with the American Cancer Society, providing wigs to women with hair loss, and establishing her Hope for Hair foundation.
