Cornell et al. paid $17.82 for 98.5 Acres on Spring Rd. in Blendon Township, $49.61 for 1.964 Acres at 281 S. State St. in Westerville Corp. [of] Blendon, and $22.23 for 20.281 Acres at State St. in Westerville Corp. [of] Blendon.
