This study examines the role of webtoons as a transmedia storytelling tool in enhancing fan engagement within the K-pop industry, with a focus on the collaboration between the K-pop boy band ENHYPEN and the webtoon 'Dark Moon'. As K-pop expands globally with its emotionally driven and participatory fandom, similar fan practices are increasingly seen in sports fandom. How can we take transnationality as a space of in-betweenness to generate new possibilities, moving beyond geographically bounded spans between countries? This article presents five authors’ collective inquiry on transnational positionalities, which we practiced through the relational, transformative, and reflective writing of the self in a community space. We staged the collaborative writing into two processes: the emergent process of thematic writing and the relay writing. The purpose of this paper is to theorize cultural appropriation using a critical perspective that centers structural inequity and uneven global power by examining the case of South Korean media. This paper argues that cultural appropriation is a particular form of intercultural borrowing that relies on structural inequities of power, whereby a more powerful culture takes from a less powerful culture in such a way that it causes structural and representational harm to the borrowed culture. They are aged between 18-45 years old. Drawing on multi-attribute attitude theory, Schwartz's value theory, and Ajzen's theory of planned behavior, this research provides a nuanced understanding of how Thai BL series influence Korean viewers in cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions. The Moffett Collection on Korean Church History and Asian Christianity (Moffett Korea Collection) is housed in the Theodore Sedgwick Wright Library at Princeton Theological Seminary, New Jersey. Samuel Hugh Moffett (1916–2015, H. Moffett, Ma Samrak in Korean) and his wife Eileen Flower Moffett (1928– ) officially gifted the collection to the library on March 16, 1994.  The collection consists of personal papers of the couple, manuscripts, publications, photographs, clippings, and objects they brought from Korea. "Comfort women" refers to the estimated 80,000 to 200,000 women who were forced to serve the Japanese imperial army sexually, physically, and mentally during WWII in and beyond the Asia-Pacific region. Since 1992, Korean activists have held the Wednesday Demonstration, which is the weekly protest in front of the Japanese Embassy in Seoul, to call for an official apology and legal compensation from the Japanese government. Since 2011, Korean activists have also installed comfort woman statues in and outside of South Korea.

Intergenerational support refers to financial support and emotional support between parents and children. In South Korea and China, intergenerational support is significant in family relationships. This study examines the impact of intergenerational support influencing the elderly decision to work through an empirical research approach using data from CHARLS (China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study) and KLSoA (Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging). The Logit results showed that in South Korea, children’s financial support to parents and emotional communication between generations significantly impacted the elderly’s work choices. By comparing the societal depictions within the drama with contemporary Korean society, it analyzes the benefits and drawbacks of using historical dramas to represent modern social issues.
