The article studies the role of the literary time and its methods in the composition of the work. Various forms constituting an integral part of the literary time, based on the author’s ideological-aesthetic conception, are widely used in the patterns of the literery time. In this regard, retrospection is considered as one of the effective creative-aesthetic methods. The article reviews development stages of international organizations and factors, which contributed to their establishment. It briefs on emergence of the UN and the Bretton-Woods institutions. The planning, discussion and implementation of development interventions was carried out exclusively in the English language. Since origination of the Northern development discourse some 70 years ago, a specialized variant of English, the so-called "Developmentspeak"[8], has become widespread in literature and practice. Currently, it is used to implement most development programs. The article also notes characteristics of "Developmentspeak". Namely, it is overloaded with terms and jargonized. Textbook affordability is becoming a bigger and bigger problem for students. Access to textbooks is essential for students to be able to meet their learning needs and have equal opportunity to excel as their peers. Open Textbooks are one response to this issue, but while most library outreach is focused on faculty members, students are an underutilized voice in the open education conversation. This presentation aims to educate students on what open textbooks are, what their limitations are, and how all students can participate in advocating for more affordable course materials.

The Texas Medical Center (TMC) Photograph Collection contains photographic materials that document the growth and development of the TMC from the 1930s to 1980s. The collection consists of 2525 items and includes photographic prints, aerial photographs, negatives, transparencies and printed materials. The materials depict the institutions of the TMC, their staff, facilities, services, and patient care. Images show buildings and their construction as well as some photographic copies of architectural renderings. On March 20, 2019, Dan Abrahamowicz interviewed Professor Emeritus Larry Prochaska about his 35-year career as Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Wright State University . Prochaska discusses building a research laboratory, directing medical biochemistry, mentoring doctoral students, and advocating for diversity and faculty governance. The interview highlights his international teaching experience in Saudi Arabia, leadership in the American Heart Association, and reflections on university administration and the 2019 faculty strike.

This exploratory study provides a foundation to measure students’ level of learning based on education theory for digital technology and meaningful technology theory for digital literacy. There has yet to exist an effective assessment tool that can evaluate students’ digital literacy. To provide initial insight into the digital technology integrated course development, Wacom pen-tablet and Autodesk Sketchbook were utilized to create an interior design curriculum for undergraduate college students. The question of what constitutes femininity has been widely debated, not only in gender studies, but also in the broader social world. A venue for this debate is the 1985 documentary, Pumping Iron II: The Women, in which gender and femininity in particular become part of the central plot of the film when Bev Francis, a woman bodybuilder more muscular than any other competitor, enters the competition. While feminist scholars have analyzed gender and sport from a variety of interdisciplinary perspectives, little attention has been paid to female bodybuilding in particular. Although sexual objectification is commonplace in media culture, music videos provide the most potent examples of it. The current investigation makes an important contribution to the relevant literature regarding the objectification of women in song lyrics while simultaneously broadening the content used to assess objectification. It reflects the ways of objectification of women in India by analyzing Bollywood rap and item songs. Based on objectification theory, one of the primary goals in the present study was to measure differences between visual and behavioral sexual objectification, drawing on theoretically derived indicators of sexual objectification.
