Morocco is a country of distinct diversity, which exists as a result of the settling of multiple peoples and European colonization. As a result of this diversity, many languages are employed in different settings and spaces, and of these languages, French represents remnants of colonialism and continual elitism in the country. One of the spheres that French commands in Moroccan society is medicine, which creates a dichotomy between the educated health care providers and the underprivileged patients in public hospitals. Students explored creating art and patterns for licensing- art printed on products for clients such as Anthropologie, Target, and Hallmark. This student decided to do a floral collection, a heavily demanded subject matter in the market. Collections consisted of one main piece of art, 2-3 coordinating pieces of art that were simpler, and an exploration of digital mockups to show what their art would look like on products.

Throughout the ages, the traditional tale has been the vehicle used for transmitting the culture from generation to generation - the memory of a community. Since the beginning of mankind there have always been tales in all countries and in all cultures of the world. Many of the traditional stories we think are Portuguese or European are to be found as well in other parts of the world, told in a very similar way. Sometimes the only difference is the physical frame: the landscape, the flora and the fauna, how people dress or eat.

The Molloy Student Literary Magazine, sponsored by Molloy College’s Office of Student Affairs, is devoted to publishing the best previously unpublished works of prose, poetry, drama, literary review, criticism, and other literary genres, that the Molloy student community has to offer. The journal welcomes submissions, for possible publication, from currently enrolled Molloy students at all levels. All submitted work will undergo a review process initiated by the Managing Editor prior to a decision being made regarding publication of said work. Given sufficient content, The Molloy Student Literary Magazine is published twice annually in Spring and Fall.

Climate change is causing drastic changes in the cryosphere, particularly in the Arctic region where average warming is 1.9 times greater than in the rest of the world due to Arctic amplification. Understanding the response of essential climate variables such as glaciers and ice caps to rapid Arctic warming is essential to predicting future changes in the Arctic region and around the world.
