Caption reads: This picture was made on the side of the hill in front of the Administration Building [Van Meter Hall]. About one hundred and fifty students who were attending school were absent on this occasion. The children shown in the front of the picture attend the Training School which is used as a laboratory for the training of teachers. The students in this picture, with one accord, have pledged their work and their money towards the establishment of College Heights Foundation.
