Spring has arrived and flowers begin to awaken from their winter sleep. A rose bush thinks herself better than all the other flowers. A human woman comes to tend the garden regularly and the rose bush enjoys her presence. However, once the rose bush dazzles everyone with her newly boomed roses, the human woman returns and takes them. Devastated the rose bush finds comfort and friendship in the flowers she used to look down to. In the end the rose bush perks up and tries again at growing the perfect rose.
