His Royal Highness Prince Narisaranuvativongse (1863 –1947) was a court designer whose works transcended various fields of art, design, music, and architecture in Siam. Since his death, the prince’s legacy has been fading from the public consciousness. This research comprises an architectural design proposal to resurrect recognition of his designs, and to create public connectivity in terms of physical spaces by focusing on Prince Naris’ way of thinking, as expressed in a Thai word, pleang (แผลง), employed by Prince Naris himself. In the field of residential real estate development, understanding customer perception contributes to project success. This quantitative research studied customer perception towards common area elements in housing projects by applying the Analytical Kano (A-Kano) Model. Information was collected from a questionnaire survey of 150 buyers of detached and semi-detached houses in housing projects situated in metropolitan Bangkok who purchased their properties within five years. The quota sampling method was used, and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and the A-Kano Model. Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are being blamed for global warming, and the Indonesian government is concerned about it. The government has proven its concern for GHG reduction by participating in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and signing the Paris Agreement. In order to meet the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) target in the National Energy General Plan (RUEN) 2015-2050, the government has issued regulations and plans designed to achieve the objective of producing up to 31% of the nation’s electrical energy from renewable sources by 2050. The rise in urban temperatures is a significant threat to the urban heat island effect, increasing building energy demand. This increase is worrisome because the supply of renewable energy is a big challenge. The approach to improving the urban microclimate offers a promising solution. The study considers the Dawei Special Economic Zone (DSEZ) project, which was a land formalization case in a sovereignty-contested area conducted by de jure Myanmar state, de facto Karen Nation Union (KNU), and an international developer. The DSEZ project planning comprised deep-sea Ports, 250 sq. kms of industrial estate zone, and the two-lane 148 km road linking Dawei in Myanmar and Kanchanaburi Province of Thailand as its main features. This study aims to apply the five urban design qualities identified by Reid Ewing and Otto Clemente in a different context. To conduct this empirical study, Bangkok was selected to exemplify a car-dependent city, and three Bangkok streets were chosen for study. The measurement of streetscape qualities was carried out using two approaches, objective and subjective, which were then compared in order to gain insight. Indoor environmental quality (IEQ) has become an important component of building design because people tend to spend the majority of their time indoors. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the occupants’ overall perceived Quality of Life (QoL) experience in two green and two non-green office buildings. All four buildings are situated in Klang Valley, Malaysia, and they are open-plan office buildings. 162 questionnaires were administered to assess the relationship between individuals' perceived QoL and IEQ factors. This research investigates practical methods to improve the efficiency of natural ventilation in residential units of multi-family high-rises without additional areas. Typical studio- and one-bedroom-types of small units were redesigned using: 1) air post, 2) transom window, 3) buffer space with one corridor opening and 4) buffer space with two corridor openings. The simulation study using a CFD program to reveal that the indoor average air velocity coefficient (Cv ) in the best redesigned case (0.46) significantly improves from the base case (0.01). Curartistry, a method of curating everyday artistry in Bangkok, is used to achieve bilateral exchanges in art and architectural education between teachers and students of different nationalities. Universities are trying to make their campuses sustainable. One of the tools used to evaluate the level of campus sustainability is UI Green Metric World University Rank (UIGMWUR), which focuses on sustainable efforts implemented by universities. It has become clear, however, that it is difficult for urban campuses to obtain a good ranking under the UIGMWUR framework due to the limited amount of open green space in dense city areas. This study carried out a comparative analysis of property developers’ experiences with the planning approval process (PAP) in Ogun and Oyo States of Nigeria. Purposive and convenience sampling techniques were adopted in the selection of property developers surveyed. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection and analysis was conducted with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 26). Major findings indicate that the property developers were mostly high-income in Ogun State and medium-income in Oyo State. Endoscopists and medical practitioners of the Thai Association of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (TAGE) have raised critical concerns regarding vast variations in the design of endoscopy facilities. This study presents an overview of the design of gastrointestinal endoscopy units in Thailand. The case studies include six endoscopy units from four major public hospitals in Bangkok.
