This paper introduces a 10-Gb/s single-loop, half-rate delay-locked loop (DLL)-based clock and data recovery (CDR) circuit for forwarded-clock (FC) wireline transceivers. The proposed CDR employs a differential ring oscillator (RO) with sub-feedback loops structure for multi-phase clock generation with a single-loop operation. An Alexander phase detector utilizing a flip-flop based on an improved true single-phase clock (TSPC) logic with split outputs is adopted. The proposed DLL-based CDR is an optimized solution in terms of area and power for FC wireline transceivers. The recovered clock exhibits an RMS jitter of 590 fs and a peak-to-peak jitter of 3.8 ps. The chairman of “Hadisolb” had submitted a memorandum in 1977 in which he claimed that the company will never achieve its designed capacity unless it gets rid of the threatening impurities -high alkalis & MnO- in the blast furnace burden. Buildings are responsible for 39% of global energy-related carbon emissions; 11% come from materials and construction, and 28% come from operational emissions (the energy required to heat, cool, and power). Embodied carbon will contribute an increasing amount to the emissions from new buildings in the future as carbon emissions from building operations continue to decline. Circular concrete-filled steel tubular (CCFST) columns are widely utilized in structural engineering due to their impressive load-bearing capabilities and ductility. Existing design standards often yield disparate outcomes when applied to structural columns with identical properties, introducing uncertainty for engineering designers. This study introduces an innovative technique to address these challenges using two machine learning (ML) models: Gaussian process regression (GPR) and extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost). Rusting of steel reinforcement in marine environments causes the overall destruction of reinforced concrete constructions; steel rebars in concrete members have been replaced with fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) bars in recent years. In the present work, the experimental studies were carried out the investigation of the effect of some factors on the spike energy of the light and heavy spindles used frequently; in cotton spinning and in twisting continuous filament, speed with and without the spool and also with different values of full yarn package. This article evaluates the infrastructure development plans in Zambia's newly established districts, primarily focusing on assessing their effectiveness. Infrastructure development encompasses various strategies, and this study investigates the factors influencing the selection of these strategies for implementing infrastructure projects in Zambia. Through structured interviews and questionnaires distributed to 500 respondents, the research highlights the critical role of community involvement. Communities play a pivotal role in identifying essential amenities, setting priorities for infrastructure construction, incorporating their ideas, and participating in the planning process for executing infrastructure projects. Creating Interconnected Outdoor Green Infrastructure In The Case Of Aksum Historical Sites, Ethiopia, Guesh Hagos Gebru

This study investigates the state of outdoor green infrastructures (GI) in Aksum, Ethiopia, employing qualitative and quantitative approaches to address the disconnect between the expanding urban fabric and sustainable green space development. Sentinel satellite imagery and public perception surveys revealed a fragmented landscape of green spaces, including underdeveloped areas like heritage sites, cemeteries, churches, public spaces, stream fronts, and roadside spaces. Quantitative analysis using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and Normalized Difference Built-Up Index (NDBI) indicated limited healthy vegetation and a built environment predominance.
