Persoalan Sejarah Masakini: Sejarah masakini sudah menjadi bahan minat dan kajian ramai pihak - perseorangan, kelompok etnik, organisasi dan sejarawan yang meneliti semula. Dalam penelitian sejarah dan budaya, kedua-dua bidang itu terkait erat, sebagai kerangka kandungan dan silih berganti. Namun dalam keghairaham meneliti sejarah itu kedapatan sikap dan niat yang sengaja menyelewengkan atau malah membohongi fakta sejarah atau malahan membohongi fakta dongeng yang diperbaharui kedongengan itu. This article discusses the originating and continuing ideas associated with the Society for Consciousness Studies (SCS). More than a historical account, the evolution of the SCS mirrors the revelatory and unifying experiences of members as they pursue the understanding of non-local and non-ordinary consciousness through lenses such as synchronicity and the imaginal realm. This tribute encompasses parapsychological emphases interwoven with mythological, shamanic, spiritual, and literary art, drawing parallels between Parmenides’s journey to the underworld and the exploration of “magic” in science. Law As Performance: Sovereignty, Legal Indeterminacy, And The Chinese Private Security Industry, Alexandrya Pouliot

This thesis examines how the legal indeterminacy of international law facilitates state evasion of accountability through the use of private military and security companies (PMSCs) as proxies in extraterritorial operations. Focusing on China’s deployment of PSCs to safeguard Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) projects, it argues that ambiguities within the doctrines of attribution and responsibility under the Articles on the Responsibility of States for Internationally Wrongful Acts (ARSIWA) create a permissive legal environment that enables states to outsource coercive functions without incurring formal liability. The Romantic Era of art saw a shift from male to female dancers on stage. The female dancer became associated with mysticism and fantasy for the benefit of the male audience. With the onset of mysticism, came the idealization of death which was a common theme in many Romantic Ballets. The ballet, La Bayadère, is a Romantic Era ballet that has been adapted multiple times within the past half-century.
