Introduction: Adolescence is a critical period for establishing lifelong health habits; however, many unhealthy behaviors, such as poor diet, lack of physical activity, inadequate sleep, and smoking, are common. This study aimed to assess healthy lifestyle behaviors among female adolescents in Bisha, Saudi Arabia. Methods: This is a school-based cross-sectional study that examined lifestyle behaviors among 403 female adolescents (ages 15–19) in Bisha, Saudi Arabia. Using a multistage stratified cluster sampling method, data were collected through a validated questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS 29. Research Aims: This study aims to examine how directors’ networks (DIRNET) improve firm performance and how relational capital (RELCAP) helps mediate this relationship in Malaysian public-listed firms.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The adopted research design makes use of secondary data that involves 579 publicly listed firms within the period of 2017-2019. DIRNET and RELCAP measured through social network analysis techniques. Panel regression is applied to test the models and ensure robustness of the research findings.

Background: Internet addiction has emerged as a contemporary issue. Medical students in particular are at higher risk to internet addiction due to high academic pressures. Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted among medical students at Al-Kindy College of Medicine during the academic year 2024–2025. A total of 200 students completed the 10- item modified Internet Addiction Diagnostic Questionnaire survey which was disseminated through the official university platform. This article analyses the cultural connectivity between India and Java from the first century to the tenth century CE. The primary method employed is chronological synchronisation, namely the alignment of political events in India with the emergence and development of kingdoms in Java, combined with a multidisciplinary approach drawing on epigraphic, archaeological, and historical data. This article introduces a two-layer evaluation model for philanthropic and development decision-making in access-based interventions. The first layer treats Access as Outcome (AAO) as a recognized outcome when essential goods, services or resources are delivered through a viable delivery pathway, without requiring post-access utilization or compliance to validate legitimacy. For children with end-stage liver disease, liver transplantation is the only cure. While organ scarcity is a national challenge, internal pre-listing processes remain within an institution's control. This quality improvement initiative applied Lean Six Sigma and mixed-methods process mapping to the pediatric deceased donor liver transplant pathway at Boston Children's Hospital. By integrating five years of electronic health record data with multidisciplinary interviews, the project developed a comprehensive process map and performance dashboard.

The Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) program represents Indonesia's strategic effort to strengthen human capital by addressing malnutrition among school-aged. However, evidence suggests that school feeding alone is insufficient without structured nutrition education to promote sustained behavioral change. The present study examines opportunities and feasibility for embedding nutrition education within MBG implementation. Two-stage design was performed, including curriculum content reviews and qualitative case study design. Short video platforms are increasingly adopted by nonprofit organizations as tools for charitable communication and fundraising. However, limited research has examined how donation appeals are structured and interpreted within these environments.
