Capability-Scoped Task Envelopes With Reserved-File Token Broker For Concurrent Ai Coding Agents, Gustavo Matthew Assuncao

When several heterogeneous AI code-generation agents write to one shared repository concurrently, branch isolation plus post-hoc merge does not bound per-agent scope and does not prevent reserved-file races on a small set of high-blast-radius files. This publication describes a method that addresses both failures with one coherent mechanism.

A planner classifies each natural-language change request into a kind (create, modify, debug, migrate, deploy, read-only) and a risk label, then emits one or more task envelopes. Each envelope carries a declarative capability budget — allow_paths, deny_paths, max_files_changed, max_lines_changed, and may_add_dependencies — plus an agent-role assignment, required reserved-file tokens, required CI checks, …

Per-agent and per-tenant large-language-model (LLM) spend is hard to predict, attribute, and govern. The prevailing industry practice is post-hoc observation: token meters, billing exports, and span-level cost-attribution dashboards report what was spent after it was spent. The cost figure, however, never re-enters the agent's own decision loop. As a consequence the agent continues to select the same expensive model and the same long context until a hard spend cap trips, at which point the agent stops abruptly — a cost cliff rather than graceful degradation.

Hybrid Rag Ranking With Graceful Llm Fallback, Gustavo Matthew Assuncao

Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines increasingly insert a language-model (LLM) re-ranking stage between candidate retrieval and answer synthesis, because LLM re-rankers materially improve the ordering of retrieved passages. But LLM re-rankers are slow, costly, rate-limited, and intermittently unavailable. The naive integration — retrieve, then await the LLM re-ranker, then return — promotes the slow, failure-prone stage onto the critical path. End-to-end retrieval latency, availability, and cost all become hostage to the LLM provider: one provider timeout or one tripped spend cap converts a sub-100 ms retrieval into a multi-second failure or an outage.

Vision-based sensors constitute a cornerstone of contemporary automation, robotics, and intelligent transportation systems, where their reliability directly determines operational safety and efficiency. Conventional Kalman filtering achieves optimal state estimation under linear dynamics and stationary noise assumptions, yet its performance deteriorates in the presence of sensor malfunctions or nonstationary environments. This study proposes an innovative framework that couples an adaptive Kalman filter with Bayesian inference to strengthen diagnostic capabilities and reliability evaluation of vision sensors. The research aimed to revive muqarnas using digital computational tools, drawing on the techniques of Damascene craftsmen and ancient manuscripts. It involved designing contemporary muqarnas with double-curvature vaults and large spans, incorporating new unit designs and compositional techniques. In Section I, the researcher conducted pre-design studies on four muqarnas types, each associated with one of the four Damascene architectural styles. These studies examined the geometry and behavior of muqarnas types when used on traditional domed surfaces. Jayro Bustamante’s film La Llorona (2019) reimagines the Latin American myth of the weeping woman to expose the failures of state justice and propose a feminist, decolonial alternative rooted in Indigenous memory and spiritual retribution. The film follows retired general Enrique Monteverde, modeled after Guatemalan dictator Efraín Ríos Montt, as he is tried for genocide against the Maya Ixil people. While the courtroom scenes depict a moment of accountability, they ultimately reveal how legal institutions remain complicit in protecting power. This article analyzes the recent attempt by the Texas Attorney General to invoke the common ownership doctrine as a new antitrust weapon against large institutional investors allegedly engaged in coordinated ESG strategies. The case represents a peculiar reversal of the traditional logic of the theory: rather than being used to constrain horizontal shareholdings that may reduce competition, common ownership is deployed here to challenge collective action aimed at promoting environmental sustainability. Nearly two-thirds of Connecticut residents disapprove of President Trump's handling of foreign policy and the economy, along with his overall job performance. A similar percentage of Connecticut residents believe the decision to attack Iran was wrong, very few expect the recent memorandum between the U.S. and Iran to produce a full agreement to resolve outstanding issues, and a majority oppose restarting military operations if no deal is reached regarding Iran's nuclear program.

The rapid growth of the global wellness industry and increased availability of health information through social media and self-help resources have raised concerns about the public’s ability to evaluate credible health information. This study examined how adults in Canada and the United States use health information, what they consider qualifies information as evidence, and their reading behaviors related to physical and mental health, including self-help books. A total of 96 participants completed an online survey assessing health information use, criteria for evidence, reading habits, and self-help book selection. Background:

Oncology prehabilitation aims to optimize patients’ physical and psychosocial function before cancer treatment, yet the specific contributions of occupational therapy (OT) remain underexplored.

Objective:

This scoping review aims to map and synthesize the existing literature describing the role and reported benefits of OT within oncology prehabilitation programs.

Methodology:

Following Arksey and O’Malley’s (2005) scoping review framework and guided by the PRISMA-ScR checklist, three databases (PubMed, CINAHL, and Web of Science) were searched. Search terms included preoperative exercise, prehabilitation, neoplasms, and cancer. Articles were screened by two independent reviewers, and data were charted and analyzed descriptively and thematically.

Background: Despite the widespread adoption of chemoimmunotherapy in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), the mechanisms by which cytotoxic chemotherapy engages antitumor immunity remain poorly defined. Identifying tumor-intrinsic immunogenic programs that predict and enhance responsiveness to immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) is therefore of critical clinical importance.

Methods: Transcriptomic signatures of TREX1 deficiency were generated from CRISPR-engineered TNBC models and applied to multiple independent TNBC cohorts treated with chemoimmunotherapy. Cytosolic single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) accumulation was quantified using a flow cytometry-based assay to functionally screen chemotherapeutic agents.
