Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and tool-using LLM agents routinely emit citations that purport to tie a claim to a retrieved source, but a well-known failure mode is the dangling or fabricated citation that resolves to nothing. Existing mitigations largely rely on the model policing itself or on probabilistic post-hoc fact-checking. This disclosure describes a family of deterministic, model-independent mechanisms that make citation and gap integrity an invariant of the system rather than a behavior to be hoped for: (A) a stable cross-tool evidence registry with primary/derived provenance and a detect-bounce-strip citation-lifecycle guard, including compound-citation surgery, carried across human-feedback revisions; (B) conversation …

A project signature is generated from features such as scope, domain, team size, duration, parallelism, risk, and novelty. An organizational pattern, including team structure, channel structure, governance structure, and workflow sequence, is retrieved from a pattern library using signature similarity and an effectiveness score computed from prior outcomes. An organizational requirements analyzer generates an organizational plan specifying channels with scopes, modalities, purposes, and governance levels. Techniques are described for enforcing content integrity violations on a social media platform using engagement-driven, surface-targeted actions. Engagement telemetry for a violating entity is analyzed to determine a distribution of connected engagement versus unconnected engagement attributable to recommendation-based distribution. Unconnected engagement is further attributed across multiple platform surfaces (e.g., short-form video, news feed, stories). An enforcement strategy is selected based on the engagement distribution, including selection of a soft enforcement action that removes or reduces recommendation distribution on one or more surfaces prioritized by their contribution to unconnected engagement. Mathematical critical thinking skills (MCTS) are essential 21st-century competencies that secondary students must develop. However, prior studies indicate these skills remain underdeveloped due to conventional teaching methods focused on procedural mastery. This systematic review, conducted in accordance with PRISMA 2020, synthesized empirical evidence on instructional strategies for fostering MCTS in secondary education. Searches were performed in Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar for publications between 2015-2025. From 1,342 records initially retrieved, 28 empirical studies were selected for full analysis. Julius K Nyerere, the founding President of Tanzania, held office from 1962 to 1985. Much has been written about Nyerere's presidency, with the literature generally falling into two categories: strong advocacy for his decisions, actions, and ideas, and pointed criticism against him. Using narrative and new historicism theories, this article examines the recreation of the history of Nyerere’s presidency in local narratives, specifically Nyakyusa myths. The myths were collected using the oral history interviews from Kyela and Busokelo districts in Tanzania. While tea plantations brought good fortunes to some parts of Southern Highlands in Tanzania such as Mufindi and Rungwe during the British mandate, its production sites became centres of ethnic contestations in relation to work discipline. The colonial and post-colonial enterprises labelled some ethnic groups as “reliable labourers” and others “unreliable”. This article, uses the tea plantations in Mufindi district, Iringa, to debate the labour question and ethnic identity in tea plantations between 1920s and 2000s. This article explores the significance of collaboration in the spread of missionary Christianity in Africa through a historical study of The Apostolic Church of Nigeria (TACN). It examines how the partnership between British missionaries and Nigerian leaders produced a hybrid mission model that combined Western ecclesiastical structure with African spirituality. The persistence of poverty in the Philippines is linked in the literature to the prevalence of political dynasties, yet the precise mechanisms of this relationship remain underexplored. This study sought to disentangle two distinct phenomena: the effect of long-term dynastic entrenchment (structural, between-province differences) from that of dynamic dynastic expansion (changes within a province over time). Foreign professionals have been frequently viewed as a remedy for labor shortages and as catalysts for economic development, prompting many governments—including Hong Kong and Taiwan—to facilitate their immigration for education and employment. Consequently, this study endeavors to identify a general pattern and plausible conditions that underpin the promotion of school-to-work transition policy regimes in a migration context. Presidential aspirants in the United States engage in debates during campaigns as a medium of enlightening the electorate. Existing studies on the American presidential debates have largely focused on politeness, rhetoric, syntax, and gender, with little attention to the strategies employed to construct the self and opponent(s). Therefore, this research investigates the discourse representation in the presidential debates between Trump and Biden using van Dijk’s socio-cognitive model of critical discourse analysis. This study presents the first independent field evaluation of a passive vortex flow device designed to reduce hydraulic friction in pressurized irrigation systems. Experiments were conducted on a full-scale, groundwater-fed center pivot irrigation system at the Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension, and Education Center (ENREEC). A paired comparison approach was used to quantify differences in flow rate, energy consumption, and pressure distribution along the pivot lateral under baseline (no device) and treatment (device installed) conditions. Results showed negligible change in system flow rate (621 vs. 618 gpm) and energy consumption (~1.2% difference), consistent with expectations for pressure-regulated irrigation systems. Journal of English and Applied Linguistics

This study examines the visibility and invisibility of sexuality-related terms in four Asian Englishes using data from the International Corpus of English (ICE). Drawing on Wilkinson’s (2022) sexuality-related lexical set and informed by scholarship on heteronormativity, the study analyzes the proportional visibility of 19 target lexemes across Englishes in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, and India. The findings show that only a small subset of terms (gay, lesbian, same sex, sexual preference, bisexual, and sexual orientation) appear in the corpora, and even these occur at low frequencies. The framework has been developed around respect and promotion of dignified care, confidentiality and privacy, and autonomy of a woman, along with her right to freedom from neglect, discrimination, physical and verbal abuse, during pregnancy and childbirth.
