Objectives: The Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C) is a post-infectious syndrome associated with COVID-19 disease in children. The aim of this study is to conduct a thorough review to assist healthcare professionals in diagnosis and management of this complication of COVID-19 disease in children Material and Methods: A thorough systematic review was conducted through an on-line search based on MIS-C with the primary focus on epidemiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, pathophysiology, management and long-term follow-up. Analytical Solution And Stability Of Ψ-Prabhakar Delayed Systems: Application To Antibiotic Production, Mustafa Aydin

The analytical solution of the linear ψ -Prabhakar delay differential equations is explored using the method of variation of parameters, in which a ψ -general delayed exponential matrix function is introduced. The ψ -Prabhakar calculus is enhanced in terms of the semi-group property, inversion results, and several simplified calculations and relations. The system's stability is analyzed within the framework of Ulam-Hyers stability. Finally, the theoretical findings are validated through an application to antibiotic production.

Food allergy (FA) is a prevalent and often severe condition affecting approximately 8% of U.S. children (Gupta et al., 2018; Robson & Assa’ad, 2024). The responsibility for daily management of FA, including making critical health management decisions, often falls to caregivers. PURPOSE: The rare, unpredictable, debilitating nature of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) constitutes a unique psychological burden. This single-arm, pilot clinical trial examined the effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to meet the psychological burden of NMOSD, a brief telehealth-delivered intervention, targeting this burden.

METHODS: Forty-three adults with NMOSD (76 % aquaporin-4 seropositive (AQP4+)) in USA, with elevated anxiety and/or depression completed 6-weeks of an experiential talk therapy designed to increase psychological flexibility and valued action, specifically tailored to address the psychological burden of NMOSD: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) w NMOSD. The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) deteriorates from constitutional attacks and political sabotage. As labor law buckles, its preemption regime, a keystone of U.S. labor governance, has become unsustainable. This Article argues that labor law must flip its federal default by empowering and expanding state-level labor institutions and expanding gaps in NLRA preemption doctrine. Eighteen states already maintain NLRA-like statutory frameworks, and fourteen more recognize workers’ rights to unionize and act collectively as a state public policy. These under-examined laws hint at an alternative labor governance model in lieu of the NLRA.

The COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan, China, reveals the risks of biological agents to public health. This study investigates how varying perceptions of COVID-19 as a biosecurity threat affected public policy in 12 countries, including the United States (U.S.), the United Kingdom (U.K.), China, and Ghana, aligning with the Copenhagen School's Securitization Theory and employing causal inference methods. The purpose of this qualitative case study was to describe the use of drones by suburban police departments in Texas, and its central research question asked how that drone use aligns with what prior research found the public supports. The purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to examine how spiritual fitness and religious commitment are related to hope in deployed military personnel. Furthermore, the individual components of spiritual fitness (connection to God, belief in service, and purposeful meaning) were examined alongside religious commitment to determine the strongest predictor of hope for deployed military members. The study included 111 deployed, active duty members that were recruited from three deployed sites in the military.
