Nuisance messages, a form of unsolicited communication, often occurs between drivers and users of online transportation application services. The transmission of such messages represent a violation of privacy, infringing upon users' autonomy to control the information they receive and potentially causing both psychological and physical harm. Despite the fact, Indonesian law lacks explicit normative regulations addressing nuisance messages. Recent data published by the Council of Graduate Schools indicates approximately 40% of students who begin doctoral coursework do not complete their degree. This asserts the need for graduate schools to examine ways in which they can support their doctoral student population, particularly through the dissertation writing process. The purpose of this autoethnographic study was to explore two methods of dissertation writing support: a dissertation writing group sponsored by a graduate school and independent dissertation coaching services. The article highlights key findings from each support system and provides implications for dissertation writing group facilitators, dissertation coaches, and graduate schools.

International students make important contributions to the US academic landscape and broader society; however, their numbers continue to decline in the face of an unwelcoming and unsupportive environment compared to their counterparts worldwide. This manuscript presents findings from a student satisfaction survey (n = 423) that included both multiple-choice and open-ended questions. We used the ecological model and the Spanning Systems Model as a framework, looking at how individual, community, institutional, and larger societal factors impacted the experiences of international students in the US. Ovarian tumors are quite uncommon in the premenarchal age group, with the majority being functional cysts. Malignant tumors are unusual in this age group, making the diagnosis of ovarian malignancy in children quite challenging. Dysgerminoma is the most common malignant ovarian germ cell tumor in females. The clinical symptoms often include abdominal pain, distension, a palpable mass, reduced appetite, nausea, and vomiting.

Software applications distributed as identical copies may present a vulnerability because an exploit discovered in one instance could be replicated across others due to shared internal structures. This publication describes a method to address this vulnerability by generating unique software builds, and which in instances could be used for each download request. The method operates by compiling an application into an intermediate representation, such as a low level virtual machine intermediate representation (LLVM IR) bytecode. Reliability, sensitivity, and clinical meaningfulness of change are all key aspects of choosing the most appropriate outcome measure for a clinical trial. Overconfidence is often viewed as encouraging entrepreneurs and CEOs to follow risky strategies such as entering new markets, engaging in innovation, or pursuing mergers and acquisitions. While such undertakings can generate excess returns and profits, overconfidence is frequently offered as an explanation for why so many business ventures fail. However, we show that in a setting where the decision maker does not know whether success is possible, theoretically, overconfidence can also have a discouraging effect, causing one to give up too soon. In the 19th century, violent colonial military campaigns aimed to control Muslim wealth, lands, and capabilities, leading to the displacement and death of Muslims. Despite this, Muslims resisted, defending their righteous sons and defending their homeland. Europeans believed that the Qur'an, the primary source for instilling the spirit of sacrifice and redemption among Muslims, would prevent them from subjugating them. This belief was based on the belief that Muslims possessed Hussein, a martyr who set an example of sacrifice and redemption. This historical inevitability confirmed the victory of faith over injustice and evil.

The concept of "government" is linked to Imam Ali's philosophical and ethical structure, requiring rulers to adhere to principles of justice, transparency, and mercy. The negative correlation between self-care and burnout is well-known (Shanafelt et al., 2020). Models such as the psychological capital model (Youssef‐Morgan & Luthans, 2015) have provided insight into the relationship. Grief is an inevitable part of life. When grief-related emotions or behaviors do not align with societal attitudes, grief may become disenfranchised, causing the griever to become silent. The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study was to describe Black Christian women’s experiences with silent grief in a Midwestern U.S. state. In this research, silent grief was synonymous with disenfranchised grief. Kimberle Crenshaw’s intersectionality theory guided this study, providing insight into the intersection of religion, culture, and mental health challenges in the grieving process of Black Christian women. This Article supplements scholarly commentary on the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2021 decision in TransUnion LLC v. Ramirez by examining some critical issues that the underlying litigation in the lower courts raised but that the Supreme Court did not address in its review. Although scholars have analyzed and critiqued the Supreme Court’s Ramirez decision, the litigation as a whole has been neglected. The Ramirez trial and the Ninth Circuit opinions that preceded Supreme Court review are fertile vehicles for reflecting on important issues that arise when class actions are tried to a jury.

First, Part II of this Comment reviews the history of statutes addressing students with disabilities and explore the unavailable remedies when schools fail to uphold their responsibilities under the IDEA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), and the ADA. The participants included five female secondary band directors, six male secondary band directors, one retired female secondary band director, and one male secondary administrator, along with the personal experiences of six mothers who currently serve as band directors in secondary music education. This phenomenological study explored the lived experiences of people with depression as they participated in the juror experience to understand the relationship between depression, implicit biases, and the impacts on juror decision-making. Ten adults with depression participated in the experiment which consisted of being presented with a mock assault case vignette, responding to interview questions, and then being presented with new information about the defendant’s mental health condition, after which additional interview questions were asked.
