Large language models (LLMs) create contexts in which individual differences may shape reliance on digital systems. Drawing on neurodiversity, this study examined whether perceived trustworthiness of user’s primary LLM mediates associations between attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) traits and LMM dependencyinstrumental and relationship LLM dependency. Adults in the UK (n = 567) and China (n = 577) reported ADHD traits, perceived LLM trustworthiness of LLM, and both types of dependency. Across samples, higher ADHD traits were associated with lower trustworthiness, whereas greater trustworthiness was associated with greater instrumental and relationship dependency, yielding negative indirect effects. This quality improvement (QI) project addressed delays in diagnosing urinary tract infections (UTIs) at a skilled nursing facility (SNF), where reliance on urine culture testing and patient monitoring resulted in an average diagnostic period of 72 hours. A high UTI incidence and UTI-involved hospitalization rate are both nurse-sensitive indicators that are important to address in the nursing practice context because they portend negatively for nursing quality and safety. Environmental particulate exposure contributes to the severity and persistence of numerous acute and chronic lung diseases, including asthma, viral pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and pulmonary fibrosis. Chitin, a highly abundant environmental polysaccharide present in fungi, insects, and mites, is continuously encountered at mucosal barrier surfaces and functions as an immunostimulatory particulate substrate within the respiratory tract. Acidic mammalian chitinase (AMCase; CHIA) is an evolutionarily conserved mammalian enzyme that degrades chitin-containing particles and regulates inflammatory responses at barrier tissues. During early B cell development, the stepwise arrangement of the B cell receptor (BCR) by immunoglobulin (Ig) gene recombination defines developmental stages and coordinates checkpoints for differentiation. Early pre-B cells express an incomplete version of the BCR, referred to as the pre-BCR, which signals clonal expansion and additional Ig rearrangements. These cellular programs are essential for B cell development and are carried out in a highly regulated fashion during the pre-B cell checkpoint. Clonal expansion defines the strictly proliferative large pre-B cell stage, while Ig rearrangements occur exclusively in small pre-B cells. This quantitative study examined the impact of stricter sexual harassment policies with protections against retaliation and stronger supervisory support on the likelihood that female law enforcement officers would report incidents of sexual harassment by male colleagues. The problem addressed was the underreporting of sexual harassment in policing, a critical issue given the negative impact on victims and workplace culture. In September, 2024, the UN General Assembly assigned the Quadripartite Joint Secretariat on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) the task of establishing an Independent Panel for Evidence for Action against AMR (IPEA). To promote stakeholder views and input around the constitution and functioning of this Panel, which could feed into the Quadripartite Joint Secretariat’s consultation process, we independently commissioned seven papers to examine the lessons that could be learned from other high-level scientific panels. Self-medication has become a central experience for youth transitioning toward independent medical decision-making. In the digital era, young people must navigate a complex landscape of health information while seeking independent health solutions. This study investigates self-medication experiences and healthcare trust among youth, utilizing a regionally concentrated digital survey approach in Indonesia. Data were collected via a cross-sectional approach using digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X), facilitated by 76 trained enumerators. While respondents from all 38 provinces participated, the sample (N = 2,790) exhibits a major geographical concentration in the Sumatra region. Upon receiving a provisioning request, a server computer identifies an account type using internal database indicators and routes tokenization requests to an appropriate entity-an issuer for physical card accounts, and an issuer token service provider for virtual accounts. This paper argues for making societal provenance the grounding framework for archival descriptive standards to ensure that important voices already present in archives are no longer buried. This study reclaims from archival obscurity the career of literary agent Marguerite E. Harper to illustrate the need for this expansion. Harper proves strikingly absent from some of the archives for the authors she represented. Likely an unwitting omission from archivists that uncritically accepted the narratives of these male authors, Harper’s erasure provides a potent example of the ways that archival descriptive standards may unintentionally further silence historically marginalized voices within archives. This article rethinks the preservationist reflex that equates archival care with permanence. Drawing on post- and decolonial theory, it provincializes endurance as a historically situated ideal and foregrounds global traditions where disappearance, opacity, and cyclical renewal structure memory. It reframes vanishing as custodianship rather than neglect, introducing a taxonomy of protocols of epistemic disappearance—temporal, spatial, relational, semantic, and material—and a grammar of vanishing that operationalizes them as design tools. Extending to institutions, it outlines seasonal, dismantling, shadow, and nomadic archives as forms that measure success by their capacity to end well. Stereotype-based discrimination creates obstacles for women's representation in high-status roles, and even more for mothers, who experience a motherhood penalty in hiring, evaluation, and promotion. While literature identifies how maternal stereotypes lead to external discrimination, little is known about how maternal self-stereotyping creates barriers to women's representation in high-status roles. Applying self-categorization theory (SCT) and expectancy theory, this paper examines whether maternal self-stereotyping influences women's willingness to apply for high-status roles through work-family conflict (WFC), which reduces the perceived value (valence) of these roles.
