[Objective ] This study aims to screen the strains of lactic acid bacteria (LAB ) suitable for Suancai fermentation.[Method ] Traditional fermented Suancai from the Dai ethnic region of Yunnan was used as the research samples for the isolation and purification of LAB.The purified isolates were evaluated for fermentation characteristics,including nitrite degradation,acid production,acid resistance,and salt tolerance.Additionally,the antimicrobial activity,antibiotic susceptibility,hemolytic activity,and amino acid decarboxylase activity were assessed to identify dominant strains.[Result ] A total of 208 LAB strains were isolated from 40 Suancai samples.Preliminary screening based on nitrite degradation identified 20 strains with high efficiency,and 16S rDNA sequencing identified 15 strains …

Autistic youth face barriers to participation and belonging in community settings. Historically, autism research has privileged researcher perspectives and deficit-based frameworks, often excluding the authentic voices of autistic individuals, particularly young people. This qualitative, phenomenological study sought to address that gap by exploring the lived experiences of autistic youth (ages 13–18) participating in extracurricular community programs in Massachusetts. Framed by critical disability theory, critical autism studies, ecological systems theory, and intersectionality, the study examined how autistic youth experience inclusion, connection, and self-expression within programs designed largely for neurotypical participants.

In unilingual states, translating constitutional court decisions is a voluntary, non-binding practice. Such disseminative translations aim to communicate jurisprudence beyond national borders. In South America, only Brazil’s Supremo Tribunal Federal and Colombia’s Corte Constitucional have adopted this approach. This article analyzes their respective translation practices at three levels: within the South American legal space, within their national contexts, and through the specific modalities by which their decisions are translated.

This article examines the realities of working as a freelance audiovisual translator through the lens of the EMT (European Master’s in Translation) framework. By tracing the workflow – from client requests to the recognition of subtitled works – it highlights the gap between theory and practice, including issues such as economic insecurity, delayed payments, fragile contracts, and the general invisibility of translators. The study argues that professionalization requires more than linguistic expertise alone; it also demands a wider range of skills, including administrative, legal, and interpersonal competencies. Mutually Unbiased Bases (MUBs) are an important concept in quantum information theory. Two orthonormal bases in a $d$-dimensional complex Hilbert space $\mathbb{C}^d$ are said to be mutually unbiased if the absolute value of the inner product between any pair of vectors, one from each basis, is $1/\sqrt{d}$. A set of $r$ orthonormal bases is called mutually unbiased if every pair of bases in the set is unbiased. This study investigates how foreign bank presence affects financial stability, focusing on the differences between Islamic and conventional banks operating in Indonesia. Using a fixed-effects regression model of panel data of 108 banks over ten years (18 Islamic banks and 90 conventional banks), the Z-score is the dependent variable of stability, and foreign presence is assessed through foreign bank assets (FBA) and foreign bank number (FBN). This research finds that growing foreign bank number (FBN) positively affects stability, while growing foreign bank assets (FBA) negatively affects stability in the short run. In this paper, We define the regular complex neutrosophic vague graph and the irregular complex neutrosophic vague graph for this purpose. We specify a node’s degree and total degree in a normal complex neutrosophic vague graph. A few features and theorems of those regular and irregular complex neutrosophic vague graphs are presented. This article defines busy and free nodes in a normal complex neutrosophic vague graph. Also, we describe a regular and irregular complex neutrosophic vague graph with a cycle as the underlying crisp graph.

At Measure for Measure’s start, Isabella is presented as radically self-same, possessed of “no tongue but one.” By its end, she has helped orchestrate a bed trick and publicly lied about her sexual history. Measure for Measure presents trickery as a vehicle for truth-telling in the face of injustice that is both situationally specific—created by Angelo’s hypocrisy—and utterly mundane: a feature of being a woman in the world. Ultimately, the play suggests that trickery is woven into the fabric of femininity itself: into the repertoire of linguistic, embodied, and behavioral strategies women like Isabella develop in navigating masculinist systems, …

PURPOSE: The purpose of the study was to develop a self-administered screening tool to assist case managers, primary care physicians, and other clinicians in quickly and accurately identifying patients with complex health needs who require a definitive and detailed case management evaluation. This study examines the institutional and financial dynamics of cash Awqaf in the Eastern Thrace region of the Ottoman Empire, presenting a long-term quantitative analysis that extends beyond Istanbul. This analysis aims to clarify the evolution of capital levels, founders’ profiles, and the functions of cash Awqaf from the sixteenth to the early twentieth centuries. To address the paucity of regional data, a novel dataset encompassing cash Awqaf in Edirne, Kırklareli, and Tekirdağ from 1544–1917 was developed. This study examines the factors influencing the adoption of Islamic Mobile Banking (IMB) in Indonesia, focusing on technological, innovative, reputational, and Sharīʿah compliance dimensions. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 312 IMB users to assess both direct and mediating relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that perceived usefulness, firm reputation, innovation, and Sharīʿah compliance significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction, with Sharīʿah compliance emerging as the most dominant factor. Conversely, ease of use, though positively associated, does not significantly affect satisfaction, suggesting that functionality, trust, and ethical conformity outweigh …

To address uncertainty in multi-source data, this paper proposes a single-valued neutrosophic pessimistic multi-granulation rough set (P-SVN-MGRS) model based on (a,b,c)-cut relations. In this framework, each neutrosophic relation is characterized by three membership-degree functions: T(x,y), I(x,y), and F(x,y).
