Multiple myeloma (MM), is a hematological cancer originating in plasma cells. Currently multiple myeloma represents a significant clinical challenge due its incurable nature mainly due to inevitable drug resistance. MM is characterized by abnormal plasma cell proliferation within the bone marrow and production of abnormal immunoglobulin resulting in a plethora of physiological abnormalities. Although a rare malignancy, MM accounts for 1% of all cancers and currently has five-year survival rate of around 50%. This study investigates how environmental and landscape characteristics influence bat activity across varying levels of development in South Carolina. Acoustic monitoring was used to passively survey at five sites: Brays Island, Nemours Plantation, Palmetto Bluff, Spring Island, and Sun City. For six months, twenty-four Wildlife Acoustics Song Meter Mini monitors recorded bat calls, which were then analyzed using Kaleidoscope Pro 5.6.8 and SPSS Statistics 29. There were four hypotheses that were tested regarding the relationship between bat activity and environmental factors: temperature, canopy cover, midstory, and artificial light at night (ALAN) to determine if they were correlated. Glycolytic enzymes are spatially organized in the cytoplasm, and are shown to localize with cellular structures such as the plasma membrane, F-actin, mitochondria, or associate independently within the cytosol. The assembly of these enzymes is hypothesized to regulate pathway flux to meet the energetic needs of the cell. However, it is unclear whether all of these assemblies have the same mechanism of formation or function in the cell. We investigated the role of glycolytic enzyme assemblies in cells, using the glycolytic “gatekeeper” enzyme phosphofructokinase-1 (PFK1). Administrative delay plagues the modern regulatory state, yet scholars and courts lack a coherent framework for analyzing when delay becomes unlawful and how to remedy it. This Article provides the first comprehensive examination of judicial oversight of agency delay, tracing the evolution from common law mandamus through the delay provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act. It reveals critical distinctions between these mechanisms that courts have increasingly elided, leading to doctrinal confusion and ineffective remedies. Materials and methods:42 extracted human molar teeth were inoculated with Enterococcus faecalis for 2 weeks to develop a mature biofilm.
