With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, employment and income in China will undergo some new changes. It is necessary to explore the impact of artificial intelligence technology on employment and income distribution. The study finds that in terms of employment, the impact of artificial intelligence includes redefining the number and nature of jobs, affecting work patterns and work skills, and possibly triggering structural imbalances between supply and demand in the labor market, leading to employment inequality, increasing employment risks. However, in China, the production of training data is hindered by issues such as insufficient quantity, low quality, and fragmented distribution, compounded by limitations stemming from commercial ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, and restricted development and utilization of public data. Given the ubiquity of media use, especially among young children, the current study examines the impact of problematic media use (PMU) on children's (N = 418, M age = 53.62 months, SD = 3.38 months, M and SD are taken from the full sample of 418 children) physiological functioning. With previous studies reporting relations between media use, temperament, and physiological regulation, it was hypothesized that children with greater levels of PMU would have lower levels of baseline respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA; a measure of physiological regulatory capacity). Proso millet (Panicum miliaceum L.) is a short-season annual crop known for high water-use efficiency and drought tolerance. The low water requirement makes this ancient grain an excellent rotational crop for the winter wheat-based dryland cropping system in theHigh Plains of theUnited States. The survey data from a Chinese university suggests that consumer socialization and digital engagement profoundly influence employees' identification with their retailers. This identification, in turn, empowers retailers to become more flexible and adaptive to consumers' ever-changing needs, resulting in higher levels of store loyalty. Furthermore, an in-depth analysis revealed that retailers’ flexibility was vital in mediating employee identification and store loyalty.

Factors Associated With Youth’S Perceptions Of Parenting: The Role Of Social Ecological Assets, Anissa Garza

Minimal research has examined factors that contribute to youth’s perceptions of maternal parenting practices. The current study included 263 mother-youth dyads. Mothers were aged 23-64 (Mage=36.42, SD=7.89, 82.9% Black) and youth were aged 8-17 (Mage=12.11, SD=2.77, 88.2% Black, 58.9% girls). A multivariate linear regression was used to examine how youth’s behavior problems and internal, peer, school, and community assets were related to their perceptions of positive and negative maternal parenting, while accounting for youth age, gender, socioeconomic status, and maternal adversity exposure. The model was significant (F(9, 236)= 7.24, p<.001, R2=.22) for positive parenting perceptions and for negative parenting perceptions (F(9, 236)=6.76, p<.001, R2=.21). Younger age, more internal assets, and more community assets were related to greater positive parenting perceptions, while more behavior problems and fewer community assets were related to more negative parenting perceptions. Findings could inform the development of family-focused, multisystemic interventions that enhance the mother-child relationship.

Pears, Pyrus pyrifolia (Burm.f.) Nak. (Rosaceae) are one of the most widely grown fruit trees in South Korea. Approximately 11% of the total pear production in 2022 was exported to countries such as the United States and Vietnam. Exported pears must be free of pest species that are considered of quarantine importance by the importing countries. Herein, a list of scale insects (Hemiptera: Coccomorpha) associated with pear trees is updated. Following from sweeping law reforms across the global health landscape, there is a need to prepare the next generation to advance global health law to ensure justice for a healthier world.
