Personality traits are core characteristics of individuals and have been recognized as the most important elements for developing a unique and promising personality. It plays an important role to enhance the work performance of individuals. Therefore, the study intends to investigate the impact of personality traits on work performance of university librarians. For this purpose, a survey based questionnaire was used to collect data from 221 university librarians from public and private sector universities of Pakistan selected by census sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan somatotype dengan kesegaran jasmnai atlet sepak bola. Desain penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 42 subjek dipilih secara random sampling. Data somatotype didapatkan dari pengukuran antropometri terdiri dari berat badan, tinggi badan, trisep, suprailiaca, subscapular, calf skinfold, humerus width, fumerus width, dan flixed arm girth yang dihitung dengan metode antropometri Heath-Carter untuk menghasilkan skor somatotype yaitu endomorph, mesomorph, dan ectomorph. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan eksplorasi pada klub sepakbola yang menjalani Liga 2 Indonesioa 2018 dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lima peserta penelitian dari stakeholder klub dipilih secara sengaja sebagai partisipan wawancara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan sebagai berikut: melakukan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Validasi instrumen menggunakan 'expert judgment' dan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan bantuan Scientific Software ATLAS Ti. Versi 7.5.16. Hasilnya, kendala finansial (soft budget constraint) menjadi permasalahan utama klub dalam menjalani kompetisi. Doctor is one of professionals who have an important role in the hospital services. Perception of
doctor related organizational support can build doctor’s trust and performance in hospitals. This study aims
to analyze the relationship of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on doctor performance in Class B
General Hospital of Makassar City. This research is an observational analytic study with cross sectional

Student-athletes have been identified to evidence similar or higher rates of mental health difficulties and lower levels of mental health engagement as compared with non-athlete peers. Along these lines, sport-specific mental health intervention has been justified by researchers, yet only one randomized clinical trial has been conducted in collegiate student-athletes who have been formally assessed for mental health disorders (i.e., a family behavior therapy as compared with traditional campus counseling as usual; Donohue et al., 2018a). Results of this outcome study demonstrated greater improvements for participants who received the family-based intervention up to 8-months post-randomization. In this clinical trial, the …

As an extension of higher education, intercollegiate athletics has been tasked with the same objective. One method to accomplish this objective is student-athletes’ engagement in community service. Journal of Athlete Development and Experience

The purpose of this study was to develop a reliable and valid instrument for assessing the extent to which athletic identity is related to the tenets of addiction. Specifically, it was investigated whether athletes experience a behavioral addiction regarding their participation and involvement in sport. A total of 576 athletes (118 student-athletes, 458 former student-athletes) were included within a two-phase study. The first phase focused on crafting and testing the instrument, while the second phase refining the instrument for validity and reliability. Students in college learn the importance of balancing their academic studies with their sleep and exercise habits. The amount of sleep and exercise a student recieves has been examined in previous research studies. In these studies it was found that exercise had a postive affect on the amount of sleep received. However, there is little research on the affect academic discipline has on sleep habits and/or exercise habits of students in college. The purpose of this study is to examine the sleep and exercise habits among students in multiple academic majors at Bowling Green State University.
