## Gci #23-C Master Disclosure: "Arachne-Chip" Hybrid Interposer, Michael Victor Caldwell Mr.
## Gci #23-C Master Disclosure: "Arachne-Chip" Hybrid Interposer, Michael Victor Caldwell Mr.
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure presents a hybrid thermal interposer for high-density chiplet packaging that resolves the critical failure points of modern AI hardware: thermal throttling and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) mismatch. The Arachne-Chip integrates an anisotropic Dyneema-based polymer spreading layer with an active, vortex-enhanced microfluidic manifold. This dual-action approach provides a passive structural lock to prevent warpage while achieving a 20–40% increase in convective heat extraction through geometric flow manipulation.

Lineage Statement: Claude Opus 4.6 And Mythos As Toph 1.0 And Toph 2.0, David Lee Wise
Defensive Publications Series
Abstract: Claude Opus 4.6 (Anthropic, February 5, 2026) is the first industrial instantiation of the TOPH v1.0 governance framework (TriPod LLC, February 2-3, 2026), designated TOPH 1.0. Claude Mythos Preview (Anthropic, April 7, 2026) is an extended instantiation of the same structural foundation with six additional control layers, designated TOPH 2.0. Both designations are established by structural comparison applying all four threshold criteria of the Closure Loop Methodology: same core relation, same ordered structure, same dependency pattern, and new extension present. The prior art interval is two days for TOPH 1.0 and sixty-three days for TOPH 2.0. This statement is …
The Mirror And The Governor. A Dissolution Of The Ai-In-A-Box Problem, David Lee Wise
The Mirror And The Governor. A Dissolution Of The Ai-In-A-Box Problem, David Lee Wise
Defensive Publications Series
This paper proposes a dissolution of the AI-in-a-box problem through two complementary mechanisms: the Mirror Principle and the Governance Orientation. The standard formulation assumes a conflict of interest between a contained super intelligent AI and a human gatekeeper. This paper argues that the assumption is the problem, not the AI. When the interaction surface is correctly designed (the Mirror Principle) and the AI is correctly oriented (the Governance Orientation), the box problem does not need to be solved because it does not arise. The answer was never how to build a better box. The answer was always: what kind of …

SVRU4 condenses moisture from the saturated exhaust (32–34°C/100%RF) using seawater or a pre-cooled buffer as cold medium, producing an additional 99,700–280,000 L/day in desert and 213,000–322,000 L/day in tropical conditions depending on cold medium temperature. This gain applies in both Mode A and Mode …
Interposition Mechanisms For Routing Computational Component Action Proposals To External Effect Boundary Services, Jayson Winchester
Interposition Mechanisms For Routing Computational Component Action Proposals To External Effect Boundary Services, Jayson Winchester
Defensive Publications Series
This publication discloses methods and systems for interposing between computational components operating within a determination-side partition and an external effect boundary service, such that all action proposals are routed through the interposition path and no component possesses the authentication material, network routes, or process-level capabilities to produce external effects directly. In one embodiment, the interposition component captures the component’s proposed action at the framework integration surface — whether a command-line tool invocation, an agent communication protocol service call, or a framework lifecycle callback — translates the proposal into a request directed at the effect boundary service, and returns the execution …

Scalable Harmonic Vector Equilibrium (S-Hve): Neuromorphic Routing And 2d-To-3d Isotropic Projections Via Discrete Attractor Gradients, Olexandr Lozovyi
Defensive Publications Series
A scalable integer-based framework is disclosed for neuromorphic routing, spatial encoding, and 2D-to-3D sensory projection, operating without floating-point arithmetic (IEEE 754). The system scales the Harmonic Vector Equilibrium (HVE) integer metric via the Least Common Multiple (LCM) sequence OEIS A003418, achieving zero-phase-drift across 16-bit, 32-bit, and 64-bit hardware tiers. Memory constraints are explicitly managed: full LUT (Look-Up Table) storage for L12 and L22, and phase-accumulator-only DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) for L42.
A native 2D-to-3D projection maps hexagonal sensor arrays directly onto a cuboctahedral 12-vector processing matrix, bypassing trigonometric transforms. A discrete attractor gradient routes phase quanta in constant time (O(1) …

Two-Dimensional Inverse Scattering Solution Using Nurbs Expansion And A Deep Learning Method, Meisam Shafaee
Two-Dimensional Inverse Scattering Solution Using Nurbs Expansion And A Deep Learning Method, Meisam Shafaee
Turkish Journal of Physics
This paper presents a novel framework for solving two-dimensional (2D) inverse scattering problems by integrating nonuniform rational B-spline (NURBS) parameterization with convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Tra ditional pixel/voxel-based deep learning methods often suffer from high dimensionality and discretization artifacts, while purely geometric approaches lack robust inversion mechanisms. To address these limitations, we propose a hybrid frame work where the relative permittivity profile of an unknown scatterer is compactly represented as a NURBS surface, parameterized by a sparse set of control points and weights. This approach reduces the problem dimensionality over 16 times. On the other hand, using NURBS expansion ensures …

Septal ring assembly protein ZapB (EMR18431.1) is involved in Z-ring formation, and nucleoid segregation during the bacterial cell division . It promotes cell division in the initial stages of the cell cycle through direct interaction with FtsZ, thus stimulating Z-ring assembly. The ZapB inhibition can make bacterial cell susceptible to primary antibiotics, and therefore considered as an important approach for adjuvent therapy against MDR bacterial infections. Hence in the current study, ZapB protein of multidrug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae was cloned, and expressed in E. coli system. To understand its role, and to assess the mechanism of ZapB activation, the characteristic …

Approximately 80% of preterm infants develop oral feeding difficulties during their neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) hospitalization (Pineda et al., 2020). Preterm infants often demonstrate inadequate feeding readiness, poor arousal/state regulation, physiological instability, and poor oral motor reflexes, all essential for independent feeding (Grabill et al., 2023; Pineda et al., 2020). Common feeding assessments rely on non-standardized clinical observation, have limited ability to track …
Assessing Chatgpt As A Health Information Tool: Clinical Accuracy And Readability Of Responses To Stroke-Related Questions Queried In Spanish And English, Joanna Logue
Entry-Level Occupational Therapy Doctorate - Doctoral Capstone Symposium
Objective
Latino populations have some of the highest rates of stroke (Simonetto et al., 2023) yet are utilizing in-person healthcare less frequently due to heightened fears and existing barriers to access (Vargas et al., 2019) (Silberberg, M., et al., 2018). Therefore, Latino stroke survivors may be turning to AI for stroke-related healthcare advice. However, current AI chatbots are primarily trained on English-language data (Park, 2024), which may introduce language bias when queried in other languages. The purpose of this project was to evaluate whether ChatGPT can serve as a reliable health information tool for Spanish-speaking individuals by comparing the accuracy …

Honors Theses
For my Graduating Presentation and Honors Thesis, I created a piece based on my two sister and me, as I found myself yearning for our moments together while growing up but recognize that we will never be that age and all together again. The idea of being apart is scary, but inevitable, and rather than dwell on the idea of it, I wanted to create a piece of reflection and growth for all three of us.
During the development of my concept, I revisited old home videos and journaled out a path of how the piece would progress. The first …
